“I just had an excellent stay in Cocoa Beach mostly due to this incredible property. The house is tastefully decorated, furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need, and is in a perfect location. The kitchen has very nice modern appliances, the bathrooms have been updated and have big walk in showers, and the bedrooms have plenty of room. We had 5 adults in our party and we all slept very comfortably. If for some reason you don't enjoy the interior, the privacy fenced in backyard is very welcoming. There is a big dining table, seats 8 I think, under a pergola just out the back which is right next to the heated pool. The landscape is manicured and really completes the experience. The house is basically right between Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and is just a short block from the beach, literally less than 5 min walk. The management is the best. They had everything that you could ask for ready and waiting for you. The house is very clean, including the linens and fresh towels for the beach/pool and the bath. I would recommend this place for anyone!”

Cocoa Beach is on a barrier island and is notable for its superb beaches and big quiet skies, thanks to its low-rise buildings and the no-fly zone protecting Cape Canaveral. Sunrises and sunsets over the water tend to be remarkable. The neighborhood around the Beach House is so relaxed because it has the key benefit of being east of the four-lane A1A. There are no main highways between the Beach House and miles of sands.
