Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation townhouse rental
A vacation duplex surrounded by palm trees and a security gate that makes it very private, and its just steps away from the ocean.
Two, 2 bedroom 2 bath units, (each sleeping 6 a possible 8 in one unit, an extra 100 per person per week over 6 in a unit), share a swimming pool and the garden. Inside you have large kitchen, dining, living room, large screened florida room and there is a washer and dryer in each unit. Fully equipped kitchen and towels and linens all supplied.
Try out the bikes if you like , we just ask that you clean them after usage. Long soft board available for your usage, kayaks and other surfboards available with deposit and small rental fee.

Our family enjoyed a great week in this duplex..took advantage of pool, bikes, kayak and surfboards to go along with direct access to beach. Place was clean and on site owner responsive, helpful and knowledgable of the area. Recommend to anyone visiting cocoa beach.

Great Place to Stay!

We rented both sides of the duplex for our family (2 sons and their wives and 3 grandchildren, ages 2,3, & 4). There were nine of us total. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the location. The kids had a blast in the pool and we loved the beach and the ocean. The ocean is a very short walk across the street. The owners of the duplex were very kind and helpful. We would definately stay there again.

Our family came down from PA for their annual visit and we rented this condo just across the street from the beach. Owner is very friendly and condo had all the necessary mod cons for a super vacation.

The duplexes were beautiful and very clean. Wonderful amenities, everything you could possibly need was on hand. The deck outside by the pool has a large gas grill and great seating for diinneer by the pool. The pool was wonderful and super clean and lighted perfectly for night swimming. Our dogs loved it there and the gate made us so comfotable letting the kids and dogs play outside. They even hae bikes for the kids to ride. An amazing place to stay, and it is directly across the street from the beautiful beach. The owners are next door and extremely gracious and helpful. I can't wait to go back next summer!

My Family had a great time at this condo. There were 8 of us (all adults) and there was plenty of room! The kids had a great time at the pool, we cooked out on the gas grill several times, and the beach was just steps away! We were close to Jetty Pier were we could see dolphins, sting rays, and sea turtles, there are the Locks where we saw manatee families and dolphin families. When we walked the beach at night, we even saw a giant sea turtle laying eggs on the beach! As far as location, price and comfort, we could not have done any better! It was also only about 1 hour from all of the major theme parks! I would highly recommend this for your next vacation!
