Only 35 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, this oceanview townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1700 square feet of living space on the closest beach to Orlando and the theme parks. The home is fully furnished including gas BBQ grill, beach chairs, body boards, coolers, beach mats, and sand toys for the kids! After your day in Orlando or lounging on the beach come back and enoy your favorite beverage and a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the back deck surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The home has a fenced yard with cable television and DVD players in all bedrooms, a stereo, and a large flat screen in the living room. One car garage with additional parking available. The Cocoa Beach area is world famous for powder soft sand, shelling, and surfing. The world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is minutes away and Kennedy Space Center is just to the north. Port Canaveral (1.5 miles away) is home to Royal Carribbean, Carnival and Disney cruise ships among many others that visit weekly. This home would be a great way to extend your vacation either prior to or following your cruise! There are also casino gaming ships that leave Port Canaveral several times daily. Everglades National Park tours, manatee viewing, and deep sea fishing opportunities are easily booked in the area.

Seaside Escape includes a full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and garbage disposal. All utensils, silverware, dishes, pots/pans are also included as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and cork screw. All linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are also furnished. Seaside Escape is fully furnished for children with a high chair, Pac-N-Play, and stair gates furnished. Full cable TV can be found in the living room and all bedrooms with DVD players in every bedroom as well. The yard is fully fenced and many beach toys are supplied including a surfboard for your use. There is an outdoor shower for use after a beach visit in the tropically landscaped yard. A gas BarBQ grill can be found on the back deck as well as a 4-person hot tub.
The surrounding area includes many activities such as Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal, casino ships, and, of course, the beach. Go-kart tracks and mini-golf courses are only blocks away from the house and cruise ship terminals are less than 2 miles away. Great seafood restaurants and dining are close-by and fresh seafood markets are only minutes away so that you may create your own seafood feast at the house.

- Deposits: $200 USD security deposit fully refunded upon return of key and satisfactory inspection.
- Other Fees: $100 USD cleaning fee. Cancellation fees will apply as outlined in rental agreement.
