Great Escape weekend

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful home. Everything was there for our convenience. They have journals on the end tables with reviews of different restaurants and sights to see. The house was very comfortable and well decorated and the beds were super comfotable. The prices was great too. I would go back again.

The pictures are perfect of the townhome; very clean and well-kept. Our family loved our time in Cocoa Beach. Given the close proximity to the beach and other attractions, the townhome met all of our needs. The owner was very helpful and returned my deposit in a timely manner. Words can not express how much we loved the townhome and hope to come back next year!

My husband and I went to the Seaside Escape with our two cousins (Ages of us all are 25-27) Our family was staying at The Resort on Cocoa Beach so we went their daily. The backyard was small but we were only out their once for a cook-out. The house is beautiful, very clean and the rooms were large. We has access to beach chairs and towels, and umbrellas which really worked out when we went to the beach. We took some jogs on the beach and it was a nice jog (if you go in the early AM) The weather was amazing, 85 and higher each day. We had a nice time. We rented a car to get around the area. Everything is within a 7 mile drive and one street.

Made All The Difference

My wife had to have surgery in Florida at Merrit Island. At first we were going to fly, but then decided to drive, take some family members with us and try to rent a house instead of staying at a motel/hotel. The first two nights in hotels we dealt with drunks and dogs. Then we moved into the Seaside Escape, which kept us all on speaking terms and made all the difference in our stay. Literally a block from the beach. To me, the perfect location. It is a beautiful home. My wife was able to enjoy the beach before her surgery and relax for a short time after. I really appreciate Dr. and Mrs. Bowers letting us rent their home on relatively short notice. I will definitely be contacting them on a "real" vacation. Sometimes, God directly intervenes in our lives and I personally believe that this is one of those times when He did. Being able to stay close to and enjoy the ocean helps one to appreciate the world He created. T

Our stay was wonderful. The property was clean and spacious, and decorated with beach life in mind. It seems to be a newer condo which was nice too. A short walk from the beach. I felt like we were house sitting for our good neighbors :)

This house was very easy to locate and was furnished with many beautiful new items. The beach is very close (about a block & a half). Whoever runs this place sure knows what people want and need. We had a terrific time and greatly enjoyed our stay in this house. We WILL rent this one again......and you should too. You will not be sorry!

This was a very nice townhome. It was just a couple blocks from beach. We also went on Dolphin/Manatee trip from near here which was very good. I would highly recommend this townhome for someone to stay in very clean and good neighborhood.

Review #5069438 "Great place to stay!"
This was our second time staying at Seaside Escape. We loved every minute! A short 2 block walk to the beach, and everything you need is there for your use, coolers, chairs, beach umbrellas (umbrella anchor is genius!), sand toys of all sorts, beach towels, and a cart to wheel it all in. All you need to pack is a toothbrush! The pictures do not do this townhouse justice. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the livingroom. The kitchen has everything you need. Well worth price, a great value compared to a hotel. Hot tub out back is an added bonus! Just south of Port Canaveral, can watch all the cruise ships leave from the beach. Very close to the Cocoa Beach pier, just 2 miles north. Lots of good restaurants and shopping near by. Found a gem, the Vargus Cafe on Atlantic, excellent Cuban food at a great price! Kennedy Space Center was a short drive, did the extra Up Close Tour, got to go into the Vehicle Assembly Building and see Space Shuttle Discovery! Todd and Dawn were great to work with. Great communication. I highly recommend staying at Seaside Escape, it was our second time staying here,, and we will certainly stay again the next time we visit the Cocoa Beach Area.

Had a great time!
We had an excellent time. This place felt like home. The house was clean, the laundry was folded, and the location is excellent. There is a convenience store within walking distance as well as the beach. Perfect for a getaway. Todd and his wife were very helpful and courteous and quickly responded to any questions we had. Great place, and this is coming from a native Floridian.
