With so many vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach to choose from, this pleasant four-unit villa style property is located one block away from world famous Cocoa Beach in the heart of the city of Cocoa Beach.
Each unit offers 1200 square feet of living space and ideal for families, or couples looking for a Florida get a way vacation spot. Steps away from world famous Cocoa Beach, each rental unit offers two bedrooms, two baths, and a full kitchen. Located behind Ron Jon Surf Shop and within walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, parks and other activities (even a Starbucks). Marion Lane Suites is your home away from home. Accommodations include king, full, and twin size beds, depending on unit availability at the time of booking. Units sleep between 4 & 6 people, again depending on unit availability. Wireless Internet, DVD player, off street parking, all kitchen supplies, towels, and linens as well as a gas bar-b-q and on site laundry facilities are included. There is a maximum number of six guests per unit. The two upstairs units offer large open-air balconies while the downstairs units have a screened in porch to catch the warm tropical breezes of the Atlantic Ocean.

Cannot beat the location. right behind ron jon surf shop. walking distance to grocery, starbucks, walgreens and few restaurants. walking distance to the beach. the apartment itself is not that fancy. but it was clean. we enjoyed our stay. thank you mark and michael. we will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip!

Perfect condo for our vacation!

This condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We traveled as a family of three and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a reasonable price was great. We were able to walk to the beach, awesome restaurants and shopping. The back yard was sketchy so don't plan on spending time outside at condo. Our hosts were awesome and so easy to work with.

Our main concentration has been directed toward the inside of each of the units. It is now Spring, and we are beginning the process of installing new grass, plants & more tables and chairs. We found the condo to be exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful with great ambiance. Our hosts Mark and Michael were great and made us feel very welcome and at home. A grocery store, and pharmacy were within walking distance and a short walk accross the boardwalk brought us right to beautiful Cocoa Beach. We definitely plan to return next year.

The location of this beach house is really great! The whole stay there was great. The only complain that I had was, that we did put down a cleaning deposit, but when we got there we had to make a trip to the ER. This trip was due to the fact that the apartment was clean other than the black cat hair that covered everything. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning off counter tops, the stove and sweeping. My daughter is highly allergic to cats. Other than that the apartment and stay was great!

We needed a place to stay for a group of 6 at the last minute and for the price it is unbeatable. Great location and had plenty of room. It is right behind Ron Jon's and a block from the beach. There are several places to eat and a shopping center within walking distance.

Over all the villa was wonderful. It was close to the beach and big enough for my entire family. I would have loved to have a washer and dryer in the unit but there was one on site. There was no internet access which made it tough to find things to do in the area. We also needed some basic utensils and pans that were not there. Otherwise it was a great unit and we loved the beach and the community.
