New Private Gated Community just Steps to the Beach and Ocean Access. As you open the Gate to the Private Brick Paved Courtyard, you hear the Rushing Water from the Magnificent Stone Fountain. You Enter the Foyer with its 20 foot high Ceilings and Elegant Custom Wood Staircase. The Villa even has a Wood Paneled Elevator for the Handicaped and Elderly.
The Foyer has Entrance to the 3 car Garage where you will find a Beach Cart, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Bogie Boards, Sand toys and Cooler for the Beach and when you return to the Courtyard from the Beach, a Warm Shower awaits you to wash off the Sand.

Great place for Family Vacation

Had a great time, great home sooo convenient to beach and local attractions. Spent one day at Universal but we were happy to be able to return to the beach. We were all by ourselves on the huge beautiful white sand beach. Everything provided beach chairs, bbq, computer. It was a great trip

We vacationed in this home during April 2012. It has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of space and a great heated pool and hot tub. Location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach. Thank you Judy for getting me all the information before we left New York. We would stay here again. Candice Fox and family

Family Fun!!

We had the best time. We had 9 people all together and had more than enough room. Movie nite was great in the theater room. Poll was fabulous along with the hot tub. We will definately rent this home again.

The villa was lovely. Having the small pool right outside was perfect for my small grandaughter. Beach was a very reasonable walk and private. Decor was beautiful and had everything we needed.
