Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation villa rental
This is a fabulous home, a few steps to the beach, with its own pool. It’s super-convenient for restaurants, bars, attractions, cruise terminals and airports.
This two story beach vacation home is perfect for families and friends wanting to live and breathe the beach. The dune crossover is about 20 yards from your driveway, and Cocoa Beach Pier is just 4 blocks along beaches with miles of golden sands.
This 2300 sq ft beach house has its own fully fenced garden featuring a private heated pool and vast deck, tables and chairs in shaded areas, parasols and BBQ grill – all inside a tall screened enclosure. Because it’s a salt water pool, use of chemicals is minimized.
Upstairs, you have ocean views from the open plan living area with its amazing sunrise & sunset balcony. The airiness of the living space comes from the large windows and the blend of huge kitchen, comfortable living area and a dining area with ocean views from almost every seat at the table. The master bedroom suite has its own oceanview balcony, HDTV, en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Downstairs, three more bedrooms (all luxury queen beds). The house can sleep as many as 8 or even 10, but it’s just as enjoyable for two. Every convenience is provided, including wireless Internet, a two-car garage, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer and outdoor shower. Immediately in front of your garage is parking for up to two additional cars.
Conveniently, the house is only steps away from one of the very best vantage points to view spectacular Cape Canaveral rocket launches in comfort – on the beach. Orlando and Disney are only 40 minutes away on largely empty highways, Kennedy Space Center just 20 minutes. The House is just a short walk to several great restaurants, fun bars and main supermarket.

Area Info
Cocoa Beach is on a barrier island and is notable for its superb beaches and big quiet skies, thanks to its low-rise buildings and the no-fly zone protecting Cape Canaveral. Sunrises and sunsets over the water tend to be remarkable.
The neighborhood around the Beach House is so relaxed because it has the key benefit of being east of the four-lane A1A. There are no highways at all between the Beach House and miles of sands.
A short drive will take you to Kennedy Space Center (19 miles) or Disney, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Universal, Sea World, Aquatica, Gatorland, Legoland, Wet n Wild and much, much more in Orlando (45-60 miles on wide, largely empty freeways).
