Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation villa rental
This is a fabulous home, a few steps to the beach, with its own pool. It’s super-convenient for restaurants, bars, attractions, cruise terminals and airports.

This two story beach vacation home has received over 40 Five-Star Guest Reviews on major online vacation rental listings. It's perfect for families and friends wanting to live and breathe the beach. The dune crossover is about 20 yards from your driveway, and Cocoa Beach Pier is just 4 blocks along beaches with miles of golden sands.

This 2300 sq ft beach house has its own fully fenced garden featuring a private heated pool and vast deck, tables and chairs in shaded areas, parasols and BBQ grill – all inside a tall screened enclosure. Because it’s a salt water pool, use of chemicals is minimized.

Upstairs, you have ocean views from the open plan living area with its amazing sunrise & sunset balcony. The airiness of the living space comes from the large windows and the blend of huge kitchen, comfortable living area and a dining area with ocean views from almost every seat at the table. The master bedroom suite has its own oceanview balcony, HDTV, en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Downstairs, three more bedrooms (all luxury queen beds). The house can sleep as many as 8 or even 10, but it’s just as enjoyable for two. Every convenience is provided, including wireless Internet, a two-car garage, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer and outdoor shower. Immediately in front of your garage is parking for up to two additional cars.

Conveniently, the house is only steps away from one of the very best vantage points to view spectacular Cape Canaveral rocket launches in comfort – on the beach. Orlando and Disney are only 40 minutes away on largely empty highways, Kennedy Space Center just 20 minutes. The House is just a short walk to several great restaurants, fun bars and main supermarket.

“Thanks for everything. The house was perfect. We had a great time!”

“We chose this location for a family vacation as we wanted to be in a relaxed atmosphere close to the beach and yet able to access sites if we chose. Jon and Liz were great to work with and explained everything in detail. Our family consists of 3 grandchildren 2 years old and under as well as 7 adults. The house was set up perfect for us with the 2 large masters accommodating the young families and the other 2 bedrooms were perfect for grandparents and childless family member's. We were close enough to enjoy Kennedy space center, port Canaveral, and Sea world. The beach toys and bike were a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were perfect for those days we wanted some down time. Cocoa was a nice relaxing area with very friendly, helpful people everywhere we went. The Brevard Zoo was a disappointment to our group. Thank you Jon and Liz for helping create lifetime memories for this family.”

“We had such a great time at the house! It was so well stocked, roomy and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you for making everything so easy!”

“What a wonderful place to stay! The house is large, clean, well supplied, and every need is thought of. Liz and Jon were readily available and provided assistance and information that made our stay perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed, the kitchen had every convenience - just like home and some that I wish I had at home, lots of places to gather as a large group or alone to read. The house is just steps away from the beach and there are plenty of beach toys available to satisfy everyone's wishes, including wave boards, beach balls, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, and mats. The pool and spa are inviting and well kempt. The pier and many delicious restaurants are within a short walking distance (3-4 blocks). If you have a car, there are many great places to visit - we enjoyed the Brevard Zoo and Kennedy Space Center. The house is private and quiet - a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. We will definitely keep this house and hosts on the top of our list.”

“The best family trip we’ve had for years. Great location. Top end for quality. Liz and Jon great on the ground assistance, support and information. We found the villa to be well suited for our time in Cocoa Beach - 2 minutes from the beach ( a wow beach with great surf). Rooms are spacious and comfortable and well appointed. Living room and kitchen are just great for socialising with a great level of comfort. The pool is great - so too is the spa, and with a covered deck it's bug free day and night. The neighbourhood is quiet - seriously quiet and check this - the locals are all friendly and helpful - they stopped and chatted and gave some real useful info on the area and beyond. We'd go back tomorrow if time allowed. Next year thogood job Liz & Jon.”

“This house was great. While 60 mins away from Disney it gave the family a chance to relax away from the pressure that gets pushed on you at Disney and universal but still close enough to get the full experience. We also had the advantage of the beach so close and at night it is just beautiful. Staying in cocoa also gave easy access to more local attractions like the zoo and Kennedy space centre. But an overlooked highlight is a biplane flight from the local airport that we did aerobatics over cocoa beach a truly great experience that I would recommend to any one. The house is set in a great place with loads to do near by and loads of great places to eat. The sunset dinner is amazing to watch the dolphins and papa vietos is a must.”

“My family and I rented this home for three weeks from the middle of August and we absolutely loved it. The house is spacious even for 7 adults and at no time did we feel "crowded". The house has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Miles and miles of white sandy beaches is only a three minute walk from the house. If you get tired of the beach or want a more private area the house has a nice pool and spa. And that spa felt pretty good after a few hours of surfing. :-) The house also has one of the most beautiful and spacious kitchens I have ever seen. This property is managed by Jon and Liz. They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Their reply to our inquiries was fast and prompt. They also had quite a few tips of things to do in the area, like the best barbeque restaurant in possibly the world. Be sure to check out Madd Jack's Grillin Shack that's only a block away from the house. All in all this house felt like a home right away and I highly recommend staying here. Top notch experience.”

“This was my first time renting a beach house and we could not done any better than with Jon and Liz as managers. They were easy to reach, very responsive, and kind. The house was in great shape and had plenty of room for the 6 adults and two children who stayed there. We were in the pool or ocean all day and in the pool during the evenings. What a great vacation! Worth absolutely every penny.”

Area Info
Cocoa Beach is on a barrier island and is notable for its superb beaches and big quiet skies, thanks to its low-rise buildings and the no-fly zone protecting Cape Canaveral. Sunrises and sunsets over the water tend to be remarkable.

The neighborhood around the Beach House is so relaxed because it has the key benefit of being east of the four-lane A1A. There are no highways at all between the Beach House and miles of sands.

A short drive will take you to Kennedy Space Center (19 miles) or Disney, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Universal, Sea World, Aquatica, Gatorland, Legoland, Wet n Wild and much, much more in Orlando (45-60 miles on wide, largely empty freeways).
