Located in a small boutique four star hotel, my unit is located on the 11th floor and is approximately 1120 square feet. It has a large child proof balcony and floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom and living room areas capturing the fabulous views. The panoramic sites are ever changing with the shrimp boats, sailing regattas and yachts coming and going. The beach at Key Biscayne is only a short drive away and the hotel pool is heated for those of us who think 70 is too cold for swimming.
The unit is furnished with a King Size pillow top in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The couch additionally folds out into a queen sleeper.

Situated in the heart of Trendy Coconut Grove. Steps to sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants, theatre, movies and shopping. A very cool location with an endless list of things to do all in walking distance. My unit is well located and was considered by the hotel management to be the best in the building before I took over managing it myself. It was the VIP unit well located on the 11th floor with WOW views of Key Biscayne, Dinner Key and the skyline of Downtown Miami.
