It is truly a most beautiful part of Miami. Lush hugh Baynan trees, towering Palms, flowers, "mind-blowing" if you are a nature lover !
So many interesting spots while walking casually around this tropical paradise....Coconut Grove .......You difinately do not need a car in Coconut Grove. (just a good pair of walking SHOES!

Interests: Sailing Club, para sailing, diving, moonlight sailboat trips, fishing, gourmet dining, art galleries, movies, shopping at Cocowalk, Sidewalk cafes & Bars, Sunset on the Bay......or a cook-out in your own backyard !
Gourmet food store & Fresh market just 2 blocks from this cottage.

This charming Villa is a 1/1, sleeps 2-4 (queen bed & convertible couch)We will add inflatable bed at NO charge.

Lighted Cathedral ceilings,Fireplace (if we ever need it) ,original wooden flooring, peaceful & has all essentials. (we even left some basic spices & bottled water for you)
Outdoor has garden furnishings & barbecue ,set in a very tranquil laid-back garden under cool shady trees.

Villa rental includes everything: internet wireless, cable TV, utilities & fully furnished....

Area Description

Coconut Grove is on the East coast,so the Bay is just a short walk. This is a very small VILLAGE.....& so easy to walk around to everything we have to offer.
You will find the most friendly people in Miami here.
Outdoor cafes, resaturants & bars is the thing to do....& the place to be.....the weather is always FINE, but bring a sweater if you are coming Jan to March.

Miami Beach is only 15 mins by car......(Rent-a-car office in the Grove.) For things to do :::Visit the Visitor's Center @ the Grove Chamber of Commerce within walking distance.

There is a doggie park ....Small pets are allowed in our rental, for a fee......

Vacation Rental Policies

Lodging Tax: n/a
Deposits: Sorry, we require a Security Deposit of $400 for this cottage. A cleaning fee will be decided upon your vacating the premesis,deducted from your deposit, & either given to you in person, or sent in the mail a week after your departure. If a pet is brought, a separate Pet Fee of $150 is required for any size pet. This is non-refundable.
Other Fees: We dont include the very BEST of dishes, pots, etc, so if anything is broken, we do not charge you. However, if we determined any "wilful destruction of property" because of strange behaviour, you will have to pay for damages. (we have not had this problem so far)

We have only been renting the Cottage for 3 months now.......and since then the visitors are so pleased, that a couple already booked it for July next year......
We did not get those rentals through this media, so you wont be able to see their testimonials......just trust me....we offer a good deal on this little Cottage in the Grove.
