This place sits a top a cliff which is secondary lakefront. Just below the home is the "centinial Trail" which the event "Ironman" is held yearly. Bring the bikes! There are miles of trails and picnic tables for your outdoor enthusiasts. 1 mile down the road is "The Beach House" Restuarant and marina owned by the Coeur d Alene Resort. Just beyond that is the famous Floating Green Golf Course and 2 miles further is downtown Coeur d Alene where you will find quaint shops, coffee houses, restaurants, library, boat and jet ski rentals, bars and night life grocery stores, fast food, city parks and visitor information center. This home is situated on a peaceful, quiet, private road, off the beaten path, yet minutes to the hussle and bussle.
