Comfortable and Relaxing
September 27, 2014
Stayed at the Woodland Guest House for 4 nights with my two sisters. We enjoyed the spaciousness for 3 adults. We each had our own bedroom and the kitchen and dining area allowed us to cook several meals. It is a quiet home in a lovely neighborhood, good for morning walks. We loved Coeur d'Alene!

A home away from home
September 7, 2014
The home is beautiful, very well maintained and so clean. What a pleasure to find such wonderful accommodations after a long flight from NY. Our family was able to stay with us; we had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, a short walk to the private beach and the cutest coffee house is down the road. Thank you so much.

This house was so beautiful.. the pictures do not do it justice. The home is like new inside.. clean and very inviting. We had two families with 7 total and there was more than enough room. The beach access to the river was great and the neighborhood 5 stars. I would love to live here myself! A real gem!

This Property Sets Up A Great Vacation
August 24, 2014
All parts of this rental property are ideal! The location makes it easy to visit anywhere in north idaho but it is also safe and quiet. The property is spacious and clean-- cleaner than our own house. It has all of the amenities that we needed. It was great to have a/c and dishwasher available. The living room and dining room are great common areas for everybody. Jim and Kristie were fair and great to setup everything. I really hope to use this property again for future stays!

Clean, well laid out home
August 23, 2014
We quite enjoyed our stay at the Woodland. We met some friends from Kentucky for a vacation, and we're quite happy to see that the upstairs and downstairs offered the amenities needed to have some privacy when required. There are ample dishes, linens, towels, making for a stress free arrival, and lending to some cost savings by allowing eat-in opportunities. It is close to Spokane and CDA, so a short drive gets you to either location, but the property offers the serenity of a private community to return to. We much enjoyed our stay, and will be back next year.

We stayed while we took our boys to a basketball camp and would definitely look at staying here again. A beautiful, well maintained home in a very quiet neighbourhood. Located close to shopping in Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Gated beach is close by for a relaxing day by the water. We met one of the owners one morning when some maintenance was being done on the sprinkler system....very nice!! Some complimentary pop and water in the fridge and some chocolate in each of the bedrooms was just a really nice added touch. Next time we are in the area, we sure hope that Woodland will be available!
home away from home

Very spacious as we had 4 children and 4 adults. The kitchen was a bonus, we were able to make breakfast before we headed to Silverwood rather than have to go to a restaurant. It was a clean, spacious, wonderful home. We will definitely stay there again.
What a Blessing!

This house was better than home! My family enjoyed it so much. I am never comfortable in any bed except at home until this trip. Very cozy beds :) Everything was thought of right down to toys for the kids. We are forever spoiled and will never want to stay in hotel again. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely want to stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Great place to stay
June 10, 2014
This is a great place to stay. Considering the size of the home it is very affordable. We thought the location was perfect and is within easy distance of shopping and dining areas. The house was very clean and stocked reasonably well with dishes. The neighborhood is very quiet. We thought that there was a nice selection of TV channels. Also the Wi-Fi worked wonderful. I needed to view some lengthy videos for work and was able to do so with no problem while my wife was also surfing the web. If we ever are in the area again we will definitely try to stay here again. The one thing that I did notice was the upper floor gets warmer then the bed rooms in the lower floor. This was actually nice for me as I like to sleep in a cooler room. If there is a large group staying at the house just let those that like it warmer sleep upstairs and those that like it cooler sleep downstairs. There is a full bathroom on both floors. All in all a great place to stay.

Woodland Guest House
May 28, 2014
This was our 2nd stay in one of the properties and both times everything has been great. The Woodland house is large and roomy with plenty of space for everyone. The River walk house is smaller and more cozy but well stocked with everything you need for a "home away from home". The owners are wonderful to work with and we look forward to staying again in the future.

My Husband and I rented the home for Spring Break, along with 4 kids, ages 6,10 and two 13 year olds. We were thrilled with the accommodations and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else the next time we are in Post Falls, ID. Unless, ofcourse it would be at Kristie's RiverWalk Guest House. The house was beautifully decorated and so warm and cozy feeling. The beds were wonderful and so comfortable. The house was centrally located to Spokane or CDA and the kids loved biking right from the front door all the way to the CDA Resort. The neighborhood park was a short 5 minute ride and the kids loved "skipping rocks" one afternoon. They have thought of every little thing you could possibly need in the kitchen, to prepare a meal. We even had ice cream floats one night and there was the ice cream scoop!!!! (The kids were worried they did not have one). LOL!!! We didn't use the washer and dryer or the backyard BBQ, but they would come in really handy during the summer time after a long day at Silverwood, I would imagine. The neighborhood is super quiet and its great being able to park your car in the garage. Plenty of room for bikes, too. Cant wait to go back, simply because the Palmers really do make you feel "right at home".
Beautiful and Comfortable!

What a beautiful and comfortable home to stay in! All the rooms are so beautifully furnished with a theme. So fun. Also, loved the personal and welcoming feel when staying here, including sodas and bottled water in the fridge to welcome us, snacks that my son loved, and especially loved the selection of DVD's and Blue rays in the entertainment center! In addition to the personal touches, we appreciated how clean the entire house was! MUCH better than staying in a hotel and my family and I definitely want to repeat a visit :-)
