The bedrooms sleep four people, with additional sleeping options for up to eight. The master bedroom contains a Sonno Prima king bed, and the guestroom has a full sized bed and writing desk. The sectional sofa in the living room includes a chaise day bed and makes a comfortable bed for two people, and a full-sized air mattress is also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything to meet your needs. Enjoy an intimate dinner with friends or family in the dining room, which has a natural gas fireplace and an expandable table that seats up to eight people.

The living room is a perfect place to read a book from our library of over 200 books, watch a movie, play games, or relax next to the large, sunny windows.

Summertime in Coeur d'Alene is best spent outside, and this home has plenty of amenities for outdoor living. Enjoy the fenced yard, patio dining, charcoal BBQ, and Japanese garden. Pick ripe raspberries, grapes, and blueberries when in season. A tent and sleeping bag can provide outdoor sleeping for kids or the young-at-heart.

Coeur d'Alene offers year-round recreation, dining, and entertainment. Summer brings every water sport imaginable, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, Art on the Green, monthly Art Walks, the Wooden Boat Show, Car d'Alene, athletic events such as the Ironman triathlon, Silverwood Theme Park, theater, and fireworks display that competes with Washington, DC on the 4th of July! During the winter, ski at one of the four area resorts, or go snowmobiling, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing.

Located in the recently renovated, up and coming Mid-Town area, you have convenient access to all of Coeur d'Alene's activities, without the tourist traffic and inflated downtown prices.

Within three blocks are two grocery stores, including the local organic market, a hardware store, and a variety of restaurants including the best brewpub in the region. Downtown is ten blocks away (a fifteen minute walk), where you will find fine dining, coffee shops, live music, the farmer's market, the city beach, Sander's beach, and Tubb's Hill.

You have easy access to the highway, from which you can explore the incredible surrounding areas. An hour or two drive will take you to the Hiawatha trail, Lake Ponderay, Priest and Upper Priest Lakes, the St. Joe River, more than three ski resorts or the historical mining towns of Wallace, Murray, and Prichard.
