Description of the Coeur d'Alene vacation home rental
The kitchen is fully remodeled as gourmet kitchen. The owner is a chef and has a pride for the top level appliances. It is fully equipped and it will satisfy your desire for cooking. It is a 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, fully furnished home. The master bedroom, on the 2nd floor, has a queen size bed. The other bedroom #2 on the 2nd floor has 1 full size and a twin for 3 people. bedroom #3 on the 2nd floor has 2 twins. The daylight basement has 1 bedroom with queen bed as well as extra king bed and 1 twin bed as well as a sofa bed type couch. There is a tread mill in the basement family room. The main bathroom has a cute claw-foot tub in San Francisco style. The other bathroom in the basement has a shower and both bathrooms are fully remodeled.
The street is lined by mature trees. The has new A/C but it is almost never needed in the summer time because of the natural shade the trees provide.
We do have TV cable and high speed internet access. There is also a washer and dryer. The backyard are fully fenced and child friendly. There is a mature oak tree and a beautiful cottage garden. The deck has table, chairs, and BBQ grill so you can sit on the deck and enjoy the breeze.
No smoking or pets.
Area Information
The city is small enough so you can walk around to get anywhere. Coeur'd Alene resort hotel is just few block away from our house. Board walk on the lake to feel breeze and get caktail at lounge then walk home would be special night. Tabs Hill is located next to Hotel boat lanch for short hiking. You can swim at several beaches around the hill and dive into the water.
Silverwood Theme Park is 30 min drive and fun place for water play and ride. There are lots of activities including ice skate show and magic show.
Kroc Center is other place when the weather is not nice.
Indor swiming pool for kids and lap swimming pool are fun for everyone in your family and gorgeous lounge & kid play area is open for public.
Another place to go for indoor activity and shopping is Riverstone. Movie theater and cafe & retail shop are all in this area.

Silverwood Theme Partk is a half hour drive. There are world's famouse roller coasters & huge water park.
Krock Center has indoor kids swimming pool and competition rap pool, full excersise trainning facility, group excersise programs, indoor basketball courts,theater, kids prayground, cafe, fireplace, teen game room, and church.
Triple play has bowling facility, along with all kinds of activities and indoor waved pool with huge slides.
Golf is one of the major reason people chose to visit Coeur'd Alene. There are several famous course including floating 18th hole at Coeur'd Alene resort. Public course is avairable for only $28 for full course.
In the winter, this house is a gateway for ski resorts.
Silvermountain, shwizer, Lookout pass is just an 1 hour drive away.

Amazing home, we had 2 families there for a soccer tournament. Newly updated, centrally located, easy walk to lake or downtown, well equipped kitchen made staying home for meals a breeze. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for our Family

This was a great home for our blended family. We had the perfect amount rooms and beds for the kids. The girls stayed in two of the three the upstairs bedrooms and the older boys stayed in the nicely converted basement. They all enjoyed their space! I loved the kitchen and the location was easy for the kids to navigate from Silverwood. We would definitely stay in this home again next time we bring kids. It felt like home. Thank you.

This property is well appointed, clean, quiet and in a great location. Everything you need is provided including all the beach gear you could desire. Deck in back and beautiful front porch with swing offer outside living space. One of the best rentals I've experienced.

A Lot of Room for the Whole Family

We stayed here for a week, we had 6 adults & 6 children, we had plenty of room for every one, without feeling like we were on top of each other. Owners were very hospitable and we had a great time in beautiful Coeur d'Alene. We will be back again!

Perfect home for event..

I was looking for a home to rent for family and friends during my daughter's wedding in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho in September. I found this property on line. The photo's of the property gave me an idea of the home. When I arrived and was met by Maggie, I was really surprised with the home. It was just lovely. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were larger than I thought. We enjoyed the deck..It is huge. I was thrilled to have chosen this home. It made a perfect wedding a completly perfect event. Thanks you so much.. I will certainly rent this property again.. Was just what we needed!

The house suited our family's needs just as we had hoped! We had brought 5 teenagers with us ages 15-20 yrs of age and we all had a great time. We walked downtown to shop and go to the beaches on Tubb Hill where I also was able to get in a daily run. The house was clean and big enough so we were all comfortable. The owners were very helpful and answered all our questions on what to see and do. They even brought over an extra bike! Would definitely rent this home again.

This house was very convent to down town. We enjoyed a wedding and family reunion and there was room for many of us. The house was very clean, and owners were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Wonderful old home with lots of character. Perfect for the 7 of us. 2 teenage boys stayed in the basement and we didn't even know they were there at night. (Maybe they weren't)!!! Great kitchen. A lot of fun, great town!

A Wedding Week to Remember

We had the most wonderful week preparing for our son's wedding. The owners even provided enough chairs to have the rehearsal in the back yard. We fed two large groups of people from the home. It just couldn't have been better! Thank you for helping to make our week absolutely perfect! Everyone said it was like the Walters' home transported to Idaho!

Comfortable & convenient home

We enjoyed the flexible space for a large family reunion. We were able to arrange bedrooms for all family members and still maintain privacy. Living spaces allowed us to enjoy each other while preparing meals and visiting. The yard accommodated outdoor games and the fenced yard allowed little ones to play safely. We walked to the beach and the stores located nearby.

Cute home close to downtown and lake

We enjoyed being close to downtown and the lake. Safeway is just a few blocks away which makes it easy to grab a few things to cook in the newly remodeled kitchen. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The home has quite a few fun games for the family. We spent a surprising amount of time laughing and playing games together. There is a really good restaurant, Capone's, just around the corner. They make pizza, hamburgers, salads, etc.
