Gorgeous five bedroom four bath home which is bordered on three sides by water! Enjoy the tranquil pond from the front porch or the bay from the large back deck or patio. If you don't want to be out in the weather you can enjoy the panoramic view from the glass sunroom. This fully equipped home sleeps up to 11 adults. Perfect for a family gathering. There is a private boat dock on deep water plus jet ski lifts. The dock has electricity and running water so if you want to bring your boat feel free!

Colonial Beach is only a 90-minute drive from Maryland, DC or Richmond. Enjoy our beautiful beaches and boardwalk, the town pier, museum, antique shops, town "trolley", coffee shop and restaurants, the Riverboat casino, boat charters, or just relax! Everything in town is accessible by walking, bicycle or golf cart (which you can rent in town)!
