Easy access to I-25, Hwy 83 and Powers corridor. 1 hr to Denver Airport, 45 minutes to Colorado Springs Airport. Focus on the Family (it has a REALLY cool play area) is just 5 minutes away. Plus, there are several parks just minutes away.

During football season, the Air Force Academy will have fighter jet fly-overs for home games. These jets fly right over the house! You can also see their fireworks on Holidays and special games. Beautiful mountain views. Watch Pike's Peak fireworks on New Year's Eve from the comfort of your own living room with lots of windows.
