Description of the Colorado Springs vacation home rental

Our beautiful home was built in the 1920’s and is full of historic charm! We are just blocks from the famous Broadmoor Hotel and minutes from downtown, Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods. With over 7000 sq. ft. our professionally decorated 8 Bedroom/4 Bathroom home can easily sleep up to 14 (16 max) guests with plenty of room for us to make your stay joyous and memorable.

Our rates start at $299/night +tax. Rates for holidays and special events such as AFA Graduation may be higher. Cleaning fee and security (damage) deposit does apply and depends on number of guests and duration or stay.

We are also flexible and can offer a reduced rate for small groups, extended stays or last minutes reservations. Please inquire for an exact quote on your dates.

Our home also comes fully stocked with linens, towels, coffee, teas, spices, cooking utensils and paper products; everything you need to just enjoy and relax. We also provide a 24 hour "on call" staff to assist you in any issues you might have while staying in our home.

Area Information

We are located at the base of Cheyenne Mountain, in the upscale residential neighborhood of Old Broadmoor. Just minutes from the famous Broadmoor Hotel we are perfect for housing your wedding guests, family vacations, conventions or just a fabulous get away!

There is a grocery store about 2.5 blocks away as well as great shopping and restaurants!
