Description of the Conception Bay South vacation home rental

Executive water front property with all amenities. Spacious 7 year old fully equipped executive home with spectacular view, large garage, large deck overlooking conception bay, shed, propane fireplace, firepit, jacuzzi, all utilities, telephone, internet, cable included. No smoking and No pets please. Daily, weekly and monthly rates available.

There is a maximum of four guests per stay. As this house is in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, we ask that there be no large and/or loud parties and that guests observe quiet hours after 11:00 pm. Shoes are not to be worn inside the house. There is no smoking and no pets. We do this to ensure that the house retains its beauty and quality for you and future guests. Renters must agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you.
