Our classically appointed one bedroom condo is ready for you. Centrally located just 2 blocks to Main Street, you will be just a 2 minute walk to downtown. Restaurants, pharmacy, theater, arts, banks, pizza delivery, parks, library and grocery stores are all within walking distance to your accommodations. If you are new to the area not to worry, we will provide you with brochures of local businesses, restaurants shopping, activities and more.

Located on the first floor of this 100 year old Victorian, this unit has hardwood flooring in the living room and bedroom. The bright and light filled kitchen offers brand new elegant 36" maple kitchen cabinets and island that has plenty of room for everything you will need to entertain or for simple every day living. The kitchen is also equipped with new upscale black appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, blender, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, baking items, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, knives, dish towels, cleaning supplies and a few additional items to make your first week an easy transition. We provide all of our customers with an array of items such as plastic baggies, spices, herbs, tin foil, soap, laundry soap, trash bags, salt and pepper, sugar etc.

The livingroom consists of a loveseat, bench, coffee table with storage and entertainment center. A TV, stereo and DVD player are included.

Original pocket doors flank the entrance to this incredibly warm and bright bedroom. Four large windows allow all of the days light and warmth in or simply pull the shades and your in your own world. Included is a queen size bed with all of the soft linens and comfort of home. Nightstand, bureau and table are also included for your convinence and comfort.

A full size shower, ultra soft towels, a few days of personal care items, and pedestal sink are located in your bathroom.

Also included is an iron and ironing board.

There is a full size washer and dryer included with laundry soap for your first 15 loads.

Enjoy your coffee at a cafe table for two just outside your back door. A small deck area is available for your own personal use, as well as a small courtyard.

There is one assigned off street parking space with this unit.

This unit includes electric, heat, cable and internet access.
