Description of the Conroe vacation condo rental

This luxurious and beautiful, lakefront condo overlooks the Walden Marina at Lake Conroe. IT HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDECORATED AND UPGRADED 10/07 WITH NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, TILED FLOORS THROUGHOUT, & LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. It is optimally situated on the second floor affording a panoramic view ofthe lake from either the living room or master bedroom balconies. Our unit is situated withing 150 feet of the swimming pool and has free boat docking directly in front of the unit. ( Please note: the renter is responsible to pay to launch and store their boat trailer at a local marina. Boat trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking lot.)

With the wide array of possible recreational activities and opportunities for relaxation, you will likely be planning your next visit even before your stay is over. YOU WILL LOVE THIS RELAXING ENVIRONMENT.

The Walden Yacht Club Restaurant is a five minute walk from the Condo and offers fine dining with awesome lake side views from most tables. There is also a large pool at the Yacht Club Pool as well as a snack bar and children's play area. The Walden Marina is Also adjacent to the condo and offers boat and jet ski rentals. Boats may be docked in front of the condo during your stay.

My family was looking for a quiet place to make a life support decision for our sister & considered hotel rooms until my husband found this beautiful, peaceful condo on Lake Conroe. It was much more affordable than several hotel rooms and was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including fully loaded kitchen and bath (including a closet full of games and TVs with cable in every room). Also a balcony view of sailboats, fishermen & wildlife. You name it and it was there. Over the top. Thank you Melissa. Our experience was everything we needed and more. I hope to come back this summer. Thanks for everything, Sandra Webb.
