This patio home is in a quiet neighborhood on a peaceful canal with banana and mango trees. Central air & heat, ceiling fans, utilities, cable TV, high speed Internet connection, free local and long distance phone service (long distance within the continental US), washer & dryer in unit are included in the rates. The home has a BBQ/Cookout area, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large living room with a queen sleeper sofa, two bedrooms with twin beds that can be converted to kings (see the master bedroom with examples of both, just let me know your needs), two bathrooms with showers (the master has a walk-in shower, the other has a tub/shower).

This Florida vacation home is conveniently located near Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach. Motorola, Burger King and Spirit Airlines are a few of the major companies in the area. The Dolphin's Training Camp is only 4 miles away. If you're a golfer, the courses abound! One is right in Cooper City, less than two miles away. How about the HARD ROCK CASINO!!! Okay, only 3 or 4 miles away also.
Several universities and colleges can be found in or around 5 miles such as: Nova Southeastern, Barry University, Broward College, EMS Academy, FAU - Florida Atlantic University, ITT Technical Institute, McFatter Technical Center, Sheridan Technical Center, Trinity International University South Florida. Among many others, The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, for example, is within a half hour drive. Several houses of worship and major hospitals are located very near this home.
Shopping abounds in all directions: Sawgrass Mills Mall (9 mi.), Walmart (3 mi.), Target Super Store (3 mi.), Fountains Mall (5 mi.), Broward Mall (6 mi.), Galleria at Ft. Lauderdale Mall (18 mi.), Adventura Mall (16 mi.) and Bass Pro Shop (10 mi.). Grocery and drug stores are even closer!
Broward County Transit (BCT) is your public transportation option for getting around Broward County. Tri-Rail is another option that is a Regional rail line linking Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. The 72-mile system has 18 stations along the South Florida coast.
Three major airports are within 15 minutes to 45 minutes from here: Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International (10 mi.), Miami International (30 mi.) and Palm Beach International (50 mi.).
Fort Lauderdale is known as the "Venice of America" due to its expansive and intricate canal system. The city is a popular tourist destination. The city is a major yachting center, with 42,000 resident yachts and 100 marinas and boatyards. Fort Lauderdale and its suburbs host over 4100 restaurants and 120 night clubs.

- Payment Options: Money Order, Personal Check
- Required Stay: 1 week (7 nights) or may stay on a month to month basis.
- Lodging Tax: 6%
- Deposits: For one week a $300.00 deposit is required. For a one month stay a $1000.00 deposit is required. All payments must clear before arrival.
- Other Fees: Renter is responsible if electric exceeds over and above $250.00.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: A 10% cancellation fee will be retained if cancellation is five days before arrival. Refunds will be reviewed. The two bedroom home sleeps four. There's a sofa sleeper in the living room. A charge for additional people beyond four is $10.00 per person per night.
Cleaning Fee: $250.00
