Description of the Cooperstown vacation chalet rental
Cooperstown back country home available for weekend or week rentals. We are seeking a family to enjoy our 3 bedroom chalet style home. Features full kitchen, 2 baths, deck, large mowed yard, fishing/ swimming pond, fire pit. If you have an ATV you are welcome please don't tear up our lawn! The house sits on 10 acres with ATV trails and 1/2 mile up th road there is 2,500 acres of NYS Forest where most of it is availble for riding. All of it is available for fishing, canoeing and hiking. Just 20 minutes north of us you can visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and many historical museums, not to mention the 9 mile long Otesgo lake which is great for boating swiming and fishing. Rental are available by appointment. Just 15miles east you can vist Howes Caverns and learn about one of the worlds largest cavern. Just 15 south you can vist the Scoharie Creek for incredidle fishing, swiming and canoeing. Check out the sites for further detail. Please reply if you are interested..
