Cayuga Lodge South is the model home at “Arrow Head Pointe on Otsego Lake” This historic property is named in honor of the Native American Indians who established a "lithic workshop" here 3,000 years ago to manufacture projectile points (arrowheads).

“AHP” is a lakeside, 5-unit enclave of luxury handcrafted log post and beam homes. Our model home has been professionally decorated to provide the most wonderful accommodation in the Cooperstown area. Surrounded by authentic Native Indian artifacts and a collection of fine folk art your stay at AHP will be the centerpiece of your vacation.

The lake-level features two beautifully appointed guest suites (one with window seat that can easily function as sleeping accommodation for a child), both suites have marble or granite bathrooms with frameless glass showers and AHP "signature" handcrafted cedar and burl pedestal sinks made with clear glass vessels.

This lower level is home to the media room with all leather furniture (including a queen pull out sofa bed), a full wet bar and large flat screen television hidden behind a beautiful original oil painting. Outside of the french sliders is a 30' x 15' bluestone patio with stone steps and walk to the lake and The Boathouse. The spiral stairs lead from the patio to the main level deck of the condo.

The Main level is wide open for grand entertaining and "lake
country living" featuring a chef’s dream kitchen, dining room with a 13 foot long redwood slab table, great room, sitting area, several fireplaces…all exposed to magnificent views of Otsego Lake through walls of French glass doors leading to large deck and walkway.


The focal point is the atrium, housing a 42' tall maple tree supporting a 3 story open log staircase capped with electronic sky lights. The massive tree was harvested from this property and was lowered into the building before the roof was installed. The tree was then hand-peeled, sanded, polished and oil rubbed to a furniture grade finish.

The master suite with spa bathroom, sitting room with fireplace and the bed chamber with fireplace is sequestered on the third floor and is reached via the staircase or the private three-stop elevator.

The two-story entertainment Boathouse is the hub of lakefront amenities…heated pool, beach, lakeside gazebo, kayaks, fishing, private dock for your boat or a rental boat.

The homes at ArrowHead Pointe are also available for purchase beginning at $1,725,000 (and on a very limited basis 1/4 fractional shares at $450,000).

Get in your early rounds of golf during the spring season at Otsego Golf Club or The Leatherstocking Golf Course...both built right along the shoreline of Otsego.
