Description of the Coos Bay vacation home rental

3 bedroom 2 full bath home on a quiet country road overlooking water, hills and trees. Large walk-in shower in the master bathroom, kitchen has all appliances you need as well as dishware, cookware and silverware. Three bedrooms have one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed and a bunk with a twin on top and full on the bottom.
There's a large yard and plenty of parking space. A covered patio area and nice views from the kitchen, dining and living rooms.
No smoking and no pets.
This house IS a country home and the water source is a well. There may be a bit of staining from minerals in the water in the toilets and tub. This is also on a septic system therefore large parties are not allowed.

Located in the country, sits on a hill overlooking water (Haynes Inlet), hills and trees. About 2.5 miles to the Oregon Dunes for you "Duners", 6 miles to town, 7.5 miles to The Mill Casino, Lakeside is North 9 miles for water fun on Ten Mile Lakes. 15 minute drive to Ocean Beaches or if Golf is your thing, about 30 minutes to World Famous Oregon Dunes, Pacifc Dunes and Bandon Trails Golf Courses or...... just stay home and relax with view, a nice fresh breeze blowing through the trees and your favorite drink.

• Deposits: $50 nonrefundable cleaning. $75 if staying a week or longer 25% deposit to hold (not including cleaning dep) will go towards total rental amount. Checks must be received in time to clear prior to your stay. If you want to pay balance upon arrival it must be in cash
   
• Other Fees: Washer and Dryer available for stays 5 days or longer at the discretion of manager (located in locked garage).
