The living room also has a sofabed, and though the condo can theoretically sleep six, we prefer to limit the number of people to four, though exceptions might be considered. The condo features a radiant, hydronic, in-floor heating system throughout the unit; custom cabinetry; travertine (a natural stone) and carpeted floors with beautiful decorative rugs; wood-beamed ceiling with canned lighting system; sliding opaque glass pocket-door/wall systems to create privacy between rooms or the opaque glass doors/walls can be slid into pockets constructed in fixed walls to open up the adjoining rooms.

Also, because the adjoining master bedroom was been designed and constructed with a double-set of custom built-in closet/drawer systems, they can use a portion of these custom closet/drawer systems.

The location of the Snowflake building is considered to be one of the best locations in all of Copper Mountain -- convenient to the ski mountain, the main lodge in the East Village, the tubing hill, the first hole of the golf course, and other services. Some people come to Copper Mountain for the skiing and come back for the summers.
