Regular stairs to SPACIOUS LOFT with twin beds & 6 windows offering panoramic views on harbor & surrounding hills. Desk & book library.

JACUZZI runs at mid nineties temperature.

Adventure villa is located in private Upper Carolina estate above Coral harbor on 1 acre of fenced tropical gardens, next to 65 acres of Moravian church undeveloped land.
End of private road . Total privacy. No neighbor or construction site around.
Panoramic views of Coral harbor & surrounding hills.

At Adventure villa you can enjoy the best of both worlds "sea and Shore" as the villa has deeded access to Johnson private beach for a pick nick or happy hours (7 minute drive)

5 minute drive to local art shops, groceries & restaurants with live music post office with internet.
10 minute drive to north & south shore pristine white sand beaches with easy access for kids.

Five minute drive to Reef Bay or Johnny Horn trails, the best hikes on St John (IMHO). You may visit Fort Berg Horse back riding.
Cruz Bay is only a 20 minute drive through National Park lands from Coral Bay.

My family of 12 (including 3 children and 1 infant) stayed at Adventure Villa in March. We enjoyed our stay although unfortunatly, it ended sour in dealing with the property owner. We are still waiting to have our full deposit refunded and we have recieved many unkind words in coresponding with the owner. The owner was upset that the caretaker provided our group with drinking water which was offered to us upon our arrival and also was listed on the web page as an ammenity included ( the web page has recently been changed and now does not state drinking water is included). After the fact, the owner also complained that our group was too big to have stayed at her villa although she agreed to the size of our group prior to arrival and accepted full payment for our group and charged for the additional members. Unfortunately, our wonderful time in St. John ended on a bad note - only in dealing with a less than pleasant owner who has yet to return our final deposit.

Owner's reply:

These people came as a party of 12. Not my booking but another owner who rented her villa to them then sold her villa before their arrival. She asked me to welcome at my villa 8 guests from their party and she would find another lodging for the 4 other guests . But she didn't & we ended up "welcoming" 12 guests who used 2,000 gallons of water cistern and also required 10 gallons of drinking water delivery/day. The villa was OK when they left ... At that time , I was in Paris attending my mother's funeral. So I ended up paying my supervisor using my car for 12 hours of delivery + gasolin + cost of water. This was the first time guests were so demanding. I created Adventure villa as a dream house to share its beauty & peacefulness with tenants. Sincerely. Elisabeth

wir waren im februar 2010 in der Villa, der kontakt und die reservierung alles problemlos die villa liegt am ende einer strasse 4rad jeep ist erforderlich mitten in der Natur einfach eine traumhafte lage mit phantastischem Ausblick auf Coral Bay Komplette Ausstattung und herrliche Ruhu liebevolle Katzen warten bei jeder Ankunft, dann noch Zuckerwasser für die Vögel alles für einen super erholsamen Urlaub auf einer ruhigen Insel Wir kommen wieder Steffen und Catrin aus Germany
