Fully equipped spacious ground level apartment with private entrance with large outdoor patio and use of the upper deck for sunbathing , barbecuing or use of the indoor hot tub.
Large bedroom with queen size bed and double pull out sofa in the t.v area . Large living room with working wood fireplace . Sunroom to relax and read equpped with desk for writing or using the laptop.
Beautiful country setting on an eight acre horse farm with a spectacular view overlooking the West River and surrounding countryside and Clyde River golf course. Walking trails through wooded area filled with the joys of nature.
Spacious lawn with ample parking area.
McCrady's Diss Hill Farm is located in central P.E.I. on the main highway through the province approximatly 30 minutes from The Confederation Bridge connecting P.E.I. to New Brunswick. It is 15 min. from Charlottetown, the capital city of the Province and Birthplace of Canada. There are numerous golf courses located in the area and as close as a five minute walk . The town of Cornwall is within five minutes driving where there are restaurants,grocery shopping.liquor store,pharmacy and small shops.
A 25-30 minute drive through beautiful countryside takes you to the famous Anne of Green Gables house and the national park beaches of the north side of P.E.I. Within a 10-15 minute drive you can be at the warm south shore beaches including the Argyle Shore Provincial Park.
