Unwind and relax at the Barefoot Contessa conveniently located between the beach and the community pool & tennis area. Enjoy ocean and lighthouse views from the upper and ship's watch levels. The ground level has a game room with TV/VCR/DVD, activity table and bumper pool. The mid level has 3 bedrooms: one with a private bathroom; 2 with a shared bath in-between. Relax in the hot tub located on this peaceful, mid-level, covered deck.
When venturing to the top floor you will find a living room with a TV/VCR/DVD and Fireplace. The other rooms are a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a 1/2 bathroom, a bedroom with private bath and a screened porch with picnic table. On the upper most level ship's watch, strechtout on the futon as you enjoy some alone time or take in the best views.

Area Description
Located in Corolla, which is very well-known for its wide, sandy, CLEAN beaches, you will be a short drive to the Currituck Club Golf Course, the Currituck Lighthouse, a movie theater, ample shopping at unique boutique and beach specialty shops. Corolla also offers vacationers the Historic Whalehead Club which is open daily for tours AND a Wildlife Nature center with interactive kids activities and many and varying restaurants from Bar-b-cue to fine dining. Located at the northern most end of the Outer Banks, Corolla is private and secluded and offers guests uncrowded, pristine beaches and is truly a Family Vacation Destination.
There are many things to do in the quaint and family friendly town of Corolla. Climb the historic Currituck Lighthouse and from the top, you can see for miles. Enjoy the many restaurants and wonderful shops offered in the area, or tour the historic Whalehead Club and Corolla Village. Corolla also offers a golf course, movie theater and with your 4x4 vehicle, take a drive up to Carova where the wild Spanish Mustangs still reside.
