Description of the Corolla vacation home rental

Just a hop, skip & a jump (475') to the ocean from this very comfortable 4 bedroom house. A beautiful private pool with kiddie pool and waterfall was added in '06. The pool deck offers both sun and shade areas to relax and a private hot tub.

There is a lot of decking (all bedrooms have deck access) w/ great ocean views and lots of space for relaxing and reading. Decks located on both side of the house allow for one shaded and one sunny deck at all hours of the day! Ideal house for one to two families to enjoy.

Ground Level: Private Swimming Pool - "L" shaped, 24'x24', 1' Kiddie Pool w/ waterfall that flows into larger pool, beautiful shaded and sunny pool deck, private hot tub (6), outside shower, half bath, laundry room.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms w/ TV/DVD & Deck access, Duobunk room w/ TV/VCR w/ Deck access, Bedroom w/ 2 bunk beds w/ deck access, 2 full hall baths.

Top Level: Open Floor Plan allows for spacious great room and panoramic views, kitchen w/ center island (4 bar stools), dining table (8), living room w/ game table (4), entertainment center w/ 47" LCD flat screen TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo w/ CD, half bath. Decks w/ picnic table & hammock swing.

Area Information

Corolla Light is a beautiful resort community made up of Oceanside and Soundside vacation homes along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The resort also features Oceanside townhouse style Villas and the town homes and condos of Mirage.Corolla Light offers great amenities and activities for everyone including the Indoor pool and fitness center, 4 outdoor life guarded pools, a private security patrol, and Trolley service within the community during the summer months.The Oceanside features a mile of Oceanfront beach, Oceanfront dining at the Clubhouse Cafe, a snack hut, three Oceanfront swimming pools (one shallow pool for kids to enjoy), outdoor bathrooms, sundeck with lounge chairs, walkway to the beach, an Oceanfront gazebo, and beach chair and umbrella rentals at the beach. The Oceanside amenities also include a playground, lighted basketball and shuffleboard courts, putting green, sand volleyball court, video game room and weekly activities for everyone! Some of the weekly activities include free throw competition, bingo, tennis tournament, big daddy splash, scavenger hunt, and much more!The Soundside amenities include a Soundside swimming pool with a baby pool, Soundside ecology and nature trails, Soundside pier and gazebo, picnic areas, soccer field, and the Richard A. Brindley Sports Center. The Richard A. Brindley Sports Center offers indoor amenities to all guests staying in Corolla Light such as a 25-meter, eight lane indoor pool, 12-person spa, walleyball court, two indoor clay tennis courts (fee to reserve these courts), full size weight room, fitness room with Treadmills, Stair Master, stationary bikes, and Elliptical trainers, men's and women's locker rooms, Aerobics room and the Corolla Light sportswear gift shop.Throughout the Corolla Light resort, you will also find four lighted, outdoor hard surface tennis courts, four lighted outdoor clay tennis courts, fishing ponds, biking and walking trails, and Trolley service to anywhere you want to go within the community (mid-May through Labor Day).

A wonderful week!

We just finished a week in wonderful Corolla Light at Four Seasons. This house is clean, well appointed, great pool and about 4 houses from the beach on a quiet street. Corolla Light cannot be beat for a family vacation with the community pool, exercise facility, proximity to the shops. Thanks for the great vacation.

This house is SO beautiful. A perfect beach rental. Open, airy, lots of light, beautiful decking off each room, well-stocked with everything. The walk to the beach seemed SHORT, and the beach itself? Well, there are just not enough words for the glory of it. Check-in and check-out was made easy as pie, and we even received a nice gourmet cake as a house-renting treat! There was plenty of room for our family of six and a baby to spread out and not feel crowded. We didn't even fight for space when we were all in the kitchen together! We are already talking about wanting to DO IT AGAIN! We highly recommend Carolina Daydreamin' as a vacation rental! Absolute ONLY downside is: if you don't like sunlight waking you up every morning, bring dark fabric to place over the doors and windows! As for me and my family, we LOVED it!!!

Well This Was A Once In A Life Time Outing An For My Youngest Son Wedding At The Lighthouse.we Had A Great Time Lots To Do With Crabing And Thing To See .the Ocean View An Dulfins The House Was The Best We Been In Plus The View The Pool The Hole Thing Would Say To All Come For The Time Of Your Life Thanks Again Were Talking About Next Year
