Ocean Peace is only 650 ft +/- from the Ocean Sands "residents only' Atlantic Ocean beach, on a quiet cul-de-sac where kids can ride their bikes, or have fun on their skateboards. The Ocean Sands private community is conducive for leisurely walking or jogging. There is a tennis court within a short walk from the house. A new Reese Jones designed golf course is located on the bayside, visible from the sundeck. There is even a lake, only a short walk for viewing native birds. Enjoy the extensive video collection evenings after a sunny day at the beach.

Shopping is only a mile away where grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and specialty shops are available. Another four miles north is the beautiful Currituck Beach Lighthouse with sweeping views of the ocean and sound. Travel two miles further north to the 4X4 drive beach to see the Corolla
