Beautiful Oceanside house is perfect for complete family to create “Sand Castle and Seashells “sweet memories. There’s no need to leave 4 legged family members behind!! As we warmly welcome them to enjoy with their families. Prices include all fee except taxes & additional charges for pet (only if pets are coming). For great conveniences, high quality linens and bath towel are available. Each bedroom has been freshly painted in fall of the year 2011 and newly added carpet has been added last year.

Top Floor – It features great area with 42” Flat Screened TV , Stereo, DVD and access to top floor deck area , Dining Area, Powder Room , King Size Master Bedroom , Stereo /TV, Kitchen.

Mid Floor – A King Size Master Bedroom along with TV and deck area access, to Queen Size bedroom with TV shares ( Jack and Jill ) Bath with furnished bedroom which offers two twins .

Ground Floor – A Queen Size Master Bedroom with TV, a King sized bedroom along with TV shares a bath with Bedroom with two Bunk Set and a TV. Recreation area with Pool Table and Wet Bar , Games Table with Chess and Checkers , DVD/VCR/TV/Stereo , Flat Screened TV , Outside Pool with alarm .

Some Extras : Private Hot Tub ( Four ), Private Pool ( 16’ x 35’ ) , all Linens available , bath towels , beds made are available . There are 8Cabled TV’s , two DVD Players , a VCR , three Stereo / CD Player , Putting Green , Basket Ball , Golf Balls , Speakers to the Pool deck area and top level deck , Pack and Play , Two Beach EZ Rolls Carts , High chair .

Outside shower , stroller , community pool access ( Sound Front and Oceanfront) , Basketball and Tennis Court , Playground , picnic tables, deck furnishings , pool furniture , Hi speed wire less about 10.0 MBDL connections ( available for wire connection ) . 4/15 – 10/15 pool available. No Pets No Smoking accepted without additional fees.
