Mid Level: Large front porch w/ lots of seating and hammock to enjoy the afternoon breeze. Open foyer w/ beautiful curved staircase to top level. A charming master bedroom with private deck with views of the sound, king bed, TV, double-sized jacuzzi tub, and walk-in tile shower with wall jets. This floor is also home to a gourmet kitchen w/ 5 burner gas range on the large Island, oversized refrigerator, TV, bar seating for (3) breakfast table seats (6) and a spacious family room TV/DVD, surround sound with a wall of windows perfect for viewing golfers and sunsets alike. Dining room seats (8). There is also access to a screened in porch, gas grill and hot tub off the kitchen.

Top Level: Follow the curved staircase up to the open hallway accessing three additional bedrooms. The North West room provides a daybed with trundle, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a crib. The North East room offers a queen sized bed (TV). These two rooms are connected with a shared "Jack 'n' Jill" bathroom. The South East room is another master, complete with a queen bed (TV) and luxurious bath featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

The Atlantic Ocean is the most phenomenal with warm waters, surf and cool ocean breezes. A drive to Duck, NC is 15 minutes south.
