We had 5 couples/10 adults with Plenty of room to spare. Well thought out bedrooms and private baths for each. Spacious living area and game room. Absolutely loved this house and we're planning on renting it again same time next year. Nicely stocked kitchen. This place is setup for large groups. We've rented several times before on the Outer Banks and this is, by far, out favorite.
