Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 12 a.m.
Deposits: 1/2 Deposit on Rental Agreement (To be e-mailed to renter). Balance due on first day of rental. 1/2 of rental to be held as security due on first day of rental.
Other Fees: $100 cleaning fee each week. Maid service included.
