Description of the Coronado vacation home rental

This spacious home offers new granite countertops, professional Viking appliances, and beautiful travertine tile floors. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and fully equipped. The home accommodates 8-10 people comfortably, with a secluded hardwood-floored TV room upstairs overlooking the channel. The backyard with outdoor furniture sits on the channel, and a vacant boat slip is attached. The home comes equipped with an ocean kayak, beach chairs, and beach toys. A natural gas fireplace provides warm ambiance in the winter.

Area Information

This home is in a quiet community that offers the best of both worlds. The nearly private Silver Strand beach, consistently ranked in the top 10 list of U.S. beaches, is less than a five minute walk away. Downtown Coronado and the famous Hotel Del are only four miles from the home, offering shopping, restaurants and golf. The back patio is located on the channel with fabulous views of the Loews Coronado hotel. The home is located within a community that has open tennis courts and a fun recreational park. San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park are a short drive over the bridge.

Fantastic!!!!!!!

This is a gorgeous rental in a prime location. It is in a quiet community removed from the hustle and bustle, yet close to it when you want to go there. It was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It is a close walk to the beach. It was so comfortable and spacious, so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room. If you love Coronado, this is the place you want to stay at. The owner was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Everything was as promised. The outdoor patio was fabulous. We had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend it. We will stay here without a doubt on our next trip to one of our all time favorite vacation spots, Coronado, CA.

The property was beautiful. It was in a great location. Close to downtown Coronado and easy access to San Diego. The owners were very easy to work with and everything was as promised. We were able to drive directly to the house and gain access just by entering a few codes. We had a fabulous time and would recommend this property.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We stayed with several other families and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of rooms and space for kids. The bikes and sand toys were a bonus. The kitchen is lovely and well set up for all types of cooking. We used the grill and enjoyed many relaxing evenings on the outdoor patio. The beds are VERY comfortable. All in all, a wonderful place to beat the heat of Phoenix.

A beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet area. So clean and comfortable. Beautifully furnished. Kitchen is well-supplied with state of the art appliances. Loved spending time on the patio and riding bikes in the area and into Coronado. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. Can't wait to return!

We loved this gorgeous house! When we arrived it was very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable along with the spacious bathrooms. Great beach and the ocean kayak was a blast. Highly recommended.
