My friend and I spent five lovely days within easy walkiing distance of beach. Unit was clean and pleasantly furnished. We had a couple of minor problems but the office handled them quickly. The administrative staff were friendly and easy to deal with. When I turned in evaluation, the woman read it and said she was sorry for the inconveniences. Enjoyable and econonomical place to spend a few days.

Clean, fresh and furnished to a high standard, this condo exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome pack containing water and snacks and a welcome note which was a very thoughtful extra touch. Beautiful furniture and decoration, comfy bed, spotless kitchen and bathroom and lovely small balcony area. The whole condo was just perfect...couldn't ask for anything more. To make things even better, the communal pool was again spotless, very quiet when we visited, and a great alternative to the beach when needed! Will definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends.

The place was excellent in cleaniness, privacy, location and space. Some disappointments were: washer not working; no internet access; and no list of local tv channels. Also, something in the apartment caused respiratory allergery reaction to a child. Could be dirty air filters or something in the bedroom. I am not complaining; we all enjoyed the place tremendously and hope to return next year. However, next year we hope to reserve a downstairs unit.

Aside from the check-in troubles which may have been a result of someone quitting on the Seagull Condo staff recently, our stay went very well. The condo was beautiful and well-kept. Great attention to detail. Cute, cute decor. Beautiful view of the ocean. Pool very nice. I've never seen poolside bathrooms as clean as the Seagull's were. Usually, that's where you can count on finding a problem. Great area attractions. The actual condo is much prettier than even the pictures. Thanks to the owners! I would highly recommend.

My wife and 2 daughters (ages 2 and 5) had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this condo. The amenities are as described and as one would expect at a gulf beach location. My most memorable experience was when I mistakenly lost the one key provided during our frst day trip to the beach. I quickly called owner Gerard to see if another key may be available from housekeeping, but one was not available for a timely re-entry into the unit. That is when Mr. Alleje went out of his way to provide necessary information and PAID for a locksmith to be jettisoned to my rescue. About a 45 minute wait and y family and I were back in business. Overall, we had a great time enjoying the beach and fishing on North padre and plan to go back very soon..... All the best, LB

we had a awesome time in the condo, we do plan on staying in the same place next year it had a great location as my husband is from corpus and it allowed us to move quickly from one place to another and the condo was just great loved the view from the baconly i would recommend this to all of my friends

We were looking for a quaint condo near the Packery Channel and Sanddollar Condo were the perfect location. 350 sq. ft. and came with a private pool and fishing dock. We had wished the sofa sleeper to be a bit more comfortable but that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

There were good and bad things about the place. The bad things were that the bed was very hard so we had to put an air mattress on top of it. The air mattress that they keep there had a hole in it. When we went swimming in the pool I noticed something kinda shocking me when I would get by the pool light. I don't know why it was shocking me when I got close. I guess maybe there was loose wires or something. I thought that was dangerous and I was afraid of getting electricuted. The thing that I liked the least was that there was no door to the bedroom, and I thought there was, so I was mad. On the plus side I realy liked the area it was in. It was close to the city and right by the ocean. Awesome location. The air conditioner worked realy well. I also liked the lighting inside. The best thing I think was the location. It was okay.

The bed was an air matress and the AC went out. There was no way it could be repaired since we were there on the weekend. I think I will go back to staying at hotels.

the apartment was fine but it has one of the hardest beds I have ever slept on, there was no box spring under the mattress. We were able to compensate by using the air mattress on top of the bed.

We spent 4 days in North Padre and enjoyed every minute, including the storms with Dolly; the unit we had was sheltered from most of the bad wind and rain, and we only had to stay inside one complete day. The unit was extremely well maintained and very clean. We were actually 6 of us in the unit, 2 on blow up mattresses, but the unit was very comfortable even with that many people. It was very nice to have the choice of eating in or dining out and the unit was not far away from some very good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this rental agency and this unit to anyone headed to North Padre; there are quite a few newer complexes, but this one is well maintained. On the beach...friendly staff....updated....had a wonderful time. would stay again, only longer.
