The condo designed to make you feel at home. Complete with kitchen
facilities such as stove, a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, dishes & cooking utensils...... You can prepare home-cooked
meals or snacks anytime.
Includes one bedroom with queen size bed,
plus two bunkbeds in the hallway, living room with sofa-sleeper ,
arm chairs, dresser, book shelves, dinning table,Tv/cable, VCR, iron and
ironing board, vacuum cleaner.....sheets and towels provided...
And there's also a full-size bath.
Elevator, ice machine, washers and dryers located at the end of each
floor. Vending machines and newspaper machines located at the elevator
lobby and right across the front office.
Villa Del Sol property is gated and there is an ample parking onsite
with a good security .
Free ice machines and coin operated washers and dryers on each floor, soft drink and snack machines are located at elevator lobbies in each building, newspaper machines are on ground level across from front desk.

I stayed a lot of condos around the country but never see the condo like this ever in my life before. The cockroaches were around, stinking smell, bad service, unsecured, balcony door lock was broken. The building was dirty, old and ugly not like in the ads.

we will definitely go back next year. The owner is very nice. the plcae was clean, had all the things we needed for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We even got an e-mail fromt he owner thanking us for our stay.

The location was the best thing about the property. You are right on the beach and have very easy access, however, the condo was quite outdated. The railing on the balcony was very weak. The tub drain ran very slowly...etc.

I would say that this was the best master deception I have ever seen! Furniture was very uncomfortable. TV was so small and the reception was horrible. The owner told me that her unit was wheelchair accessible. It was not. Could not even fit the chair through the hallway. The pools were very dirty and the 2 jacuzzi's did not work the entire time that I was there. There was no FULL Room Service. Infact, the workers that worked there were very rude and their lack of concern for patrons was unreal. The Beach was very dirty with broken glass and years of broken shells that no-one bothered to clean up at all. Bums on the property begging people for money. Did not feel safe at all. There was Dog Feces all over the place. They did not seem to care that the washing machines that were in the building we were in did not work. The ice machine on our floor was broken. If I were to advise anyone to stay here...I definately would not. Stay down in Port Aransas. Then you will be getting exactly what you pay for. The Beach is maintained and cared for and you won't be harassed by the homeless on your Vacation. When I complained to the owner of this condo....I got the same ole excuse. I will never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.
