EARLY CHECK IN POLICY:
Only with OWNERS permission if you arrive early you may check in early for a rate of $10.00 per hour. This must be approved by owner and not just the front office clerk. Check in time is 3:00 P.M.CST and check out time is no later than 11:00 A.M.CST.
EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY:
No monies will be refunded for early check out unless Goverment Officials have mandated evacuation due to a hurricane coming etc.
Coin operated washer/dryer machines are available at the end of the hall for your convinience.
FREE Parking, Internet, & Unlimited USA/Canada Calling.
Pet Policy:
Only one pet at a time may be allowed with owners approval. An extra $100.00 per stay fee will be charged by the owner. The owners association of the condominiums will charge you $20.00 for up to 1-month stay. At check in time they will ask you for to bring the pet in and at time pet must not weigh over 20 pounds and they will ask you for all records of up to date shots. Shots must be up to date, you must show them proof of it or failure to do so will result in pet not being able to check in. We will not refund any funds paid by you for failure to show office proof of shots or pet weighing over 20 pounds.

We had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony was great. The weather was perfect. The beach is right there and so is the pool. Mr Garza was helpful in every way.

Condo in Corpus

Our stay in this condo in Corpus Christi was very nice. Before you go buy your supplies check cabinets and closets for left overs from previous renters (laundry detergent,etc). Bunk beds in condo are made for small people - comfortable but smal (owner told us the same thingl. The owner, Eddie Garza, was great. He assisted us with changing dates and was almost instant in returning calls or emails to questions. Everything was just as he told us. Only caution is if you have small children be very careful of the jelly fish which are plentiful in the bay. If you plan on playing in the water a lot you might want to drive to another beach for water activities. The pool at the condo is very nice though. The beach is wonderful and not very crowded -so if sun, wind, and relaxing in a chair is what you want (was for us) - PERFECT!!!.

The jelly fish are something of the Sea. Usually they visit our beaches 1 or 2 weeks a year, and we never know when that is going to be. They will visit any and all beaches , at least in South Texas. Also, thank you for leaving our condo clean as agreed...your full deposit was credited to your bank card account the day after you checked out. Glad you and your family had a Great Time!! hope you all come stay with us again!!

I found this condo o be well kept , clean and fully furnished with all items needed including cooking items, towels and cleaning supplies. The owners went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.The beach was only 3 minutes from the door. Many attractions were close by and really interesting. The Uss Lexington and the Texas aquarium was within walking distance and interesting.I found the fishing to be extremely good. This was the main reason for my stay.Charters were reasonable and a lot of fun. I would recommend this cozy Condo . I know I will return soon.

The room was exactly as advertised, right on the beach and facing the ocean. The decor was nice, the condo was clean, and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Beware of the top bunk, as it gets hot at night. I would stay here again.
