• Deposits: $150.00 reservation/security deposit will hold your reservation. Cancelation Policy: 50% deposit will be returned if cancellation is done 10 days or more to arrival date. Rental fee: Must be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival date.
   
• Other Fees: One time $50.00 cleaning fee for after check-out. All rental fee must be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival date.
