• Deposits: $150.00 reservation/security non-refundable deposit will hold your reservation. Rental fee: Must be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival date, 30 days in advance on monthly rentals.
   
• Other Fees: One time $50.00 cleaning fee for after check-out. All rental fee must be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival date, 30 days for monthly rentals.
