We made it in Friday afternoon, thru the San Antonio storms--on bikes! It was a welcoming sight, indeed! The pictures don't do the house justice. We had 8 ladies and still had room for 2 more, if we chose! The gas station is easily accessible, the beach is 2 blocks away! The bridge to get off the island is difficult on the Sunday of a holiday, but all other days served no problems for us. The only complaint is the eyes of the stove top need to be replaced. Other than that, this place is a dream! We are already booking for next year! Derek didn't make us pay a hefty deposit and that made us wanna go back! Ladies usually get take advantage of, but Derek seems to genuinely care!

Condo was very clean and updated, has all of the kitchen utinsels you need. Fishing off the patio and the beach is right down the street. Very nice will stay here again.

We met up with some family members from Austin to celebrate my little niece's Birthday and the place was beyond our expectation. The pictures doesn't do it's justice! It's a beautiful new home. We had such a great time there that we want to come back for a family reunion and rent both units next time. Description of the rental house. It's a 3 story house that's divided into 2 units. If you have a big party, you can rent both units and be right next to each other. There's a covered parking for 1 car per unit and the other cars can park in the driveway. The 2 rooms on the 1st floor open into the backyard where you will see the water canal that runs through. The 2nd floor is the kitchen and living room with a balcony. The 3rd floor is where the 3rd bedroom is and also has a balcony. Washer/dryer is on the 1st floor so bring detergent if you want to wash clothes. Kitchen has everything you need to cook but you'll need to bring your own cooking seasoning such including oil to fry. Beach: The beach is only 3 minutes away but you'll have to buy a parking pass which cost $12. It is a nice beach, pretty clean. The first day, we stayed near the entrance and we saw a whole bunch of live shells which were really cool for the kids. As the wave washes away the sand, the shells would wiggled to bury themselves, it was so much fun to watch. My kids had a blast playing on the sand and finding shells. The water is nice and is much clearer then Galveston water. You'll sure to have a great time here!

This place was perfect for our group of 9. It was very nice and clean. Loved how it had 3 levels. Came with everything that you would need to cook with in the full size kitchen. The fishing out back was great and one of our favorite things to do at night when the sun was setting. Very close to Bob Hall Pier and the beach. The best vacation that we have ever been on.

We stayed in the Padre Island Townhouse and a great stay. The house was immaculate and updated. We had the best time. Loved the washer and dryer and the detergent came in very handy. We plan to make this a yearly vacation.

We had a great week in Corpus Christi! This property had everything we needed. We did the beach and turtle releases on Padre, and museums in Corpus. We got rained in one day because of Alex, but we had plenty of room to play games, watch TV, read, etc. We are thinking of booking again for a week next year!

This location is exelent, minutes from the beach and the national seashore, good living conditions, with great fishing in the chanel. I would stay here again without reservation and would easily suggest this condo to anyone who would be interested in a trip down toward North Padre or Corpus Christi.

The place was fantastic. My family enjoyed it. Everybody was happy. My husband and my kids enjoyed fishing. The place was just right for my family. If ever we plan to go back, we might rent that place again.
