Great beach view from balcony. Right on beach, only steps to the gulf. Very quiet area, but still close to many activities, stores, shopping, etc. Would stay here again.

The condo has alot of perks. I would bring your own bedding though, just because it makes it feel more like home. The view is spectacular. We used the washer/Dryer several times and it worked great. The front office was real nice.

The place was a little small, but plenty comfortable for 6 people. View of the ocean, and walking distance to a nice beach. Easy access to every thing you need. Plan to stay here again, and would recommend it to my friends. Thanks for a great weekend.

The rooms were clean, well appointed, the space was adequate, the air-conditioner was great and the appliances all worked well. The view and the location were fantastic and the pool was clean and not overly crowded. We are definetly planning on vacationing here again.

The condo was clean, easy to get to, but my only complaint is that it did not have wireless internet available. Overall, it was a very nice vacation---the staff was very nice, the place very clean---and we will probably stay here again.

Due to the oil spill, we changed our usual family vacation from Pensacola, FL to Corpus Christi, TX. The condo was clean, centrally located and the beach was nice (not as beautiful as Florida though). We did venture over to Mustang Island and Padre Island for some ocean swimming that was much closer to what we were used to. Softer sand and clearer water. The USS Lexington is a good adventure, as well as the Texas State Aquarium, which are both literally just minutes away. Only complaint of the trip: the other tenants in the condos were not very appealing. There were several occasions when we wanted to relax by the pool and the company we shared was with drunken, foul mouthed partiers. Our family includes a 9 year old little boy - and there were several other families/children at the pool. Unfortunately, this didn't stop the language or what seemed like some sort of exchange of alcohol and drugs. In the end, we spent most of our time isolated from the other guests just out of respect for our family time. So - if you don't mind some seedy neighbors. The rest was fine.

Great family or couple spot. All the essentials, new everything in condo, on the beach, steal of a deal, property manager very warm and sincere, can't say enough, will return next year - better than a cramped hotel :-)
