This condo has recently been renovated including new vinyl laminate flooring, countertops, 2 flat screen 40' and 42' screen TV's & DVD players and WI-FI. New appliances include washer, dryer, dishwasher and stove help insure a wonderful vacation time.

With a new king bed,and queen sleeper sofa in the living room ,it can accommodate 2-4 people.Out on the balcony,you can relax with a beautiful South Texas sunset.

At the club house,work out at the large fitness center(available 24 hours) or check your email at the coffee bar in the business center. Enjoy the shaded evening while having steaks on the grille and a cocktail. Escape and unwind in a world of relaxation in the pool ,hot tub (with cabana) and dry sauna.

There is parking for a boat in the back of condo.

While you’re visiting, there are many activities to take advantage of. Guided fishing tours in the pristine Laguna Bay system and for those with a real adventure hunger; you can travel back into Baffin Bay. This is probably the most natural and isolated bay anywhere along the southern Gulf Coast!

For a change of pace, a quick trip to Port Arkansas offers many shops and restaurants for those looking for coastal souvenirs and gourmet food. You can even rent your own golf cart and scoot around the beach or shops!

Fishing anywhere in the surf as well as Bob Hall Pier or Packery Channel Jetties are minutes away. Deep sea charters and bay fishing are also available from the island. Padre Island National Seashore (70 mile) stretch of white sand beach,scenic dunes and warm ocean water,best for fishing,beach-combing,bird-watching,viewing wildlife and the summertime release of the Kemp Ridley Turtle hatchlings.
There are shops,restaurants and music, night-life bars here and in nearby Port Aransas.
In Corpus, take a tour of the USS Lexington(the most highly decorated aircraft carrier of World War II,which is now a floating museum), Texas State Aquarium and Hooks Baseball (kids favorite)or the Natural Science or Art Museums.
