Has granite kitchen and bath counter tops with all stainless kitchen appliances. Large master bath has nice tiled walk in shower, double sinks and a garden tub. Floors are tiled downstairs and carpeted bedrooms upstairs. Has 1 king bed 1 queen bed, two twin beds. Included is a very cozy bonus room with a twin daybed for reading or just relaxing. Includes washer and dryer. Flat screen tv in the living area and master bedroom. Fully and tastefully furnished with island decor with many personal touches. The town home sits facing a huge canal with beautiful views, a nice deck , boat slips, and outdoor shower! A gas barbque is privately located in your fenced patio area. This one is ideal for the family or group that enjoys a bit of privacy and many of the personal touches of home. All within walking distance to the beach and the newly constructed jettie. Fully stocked with small appliances, cookware, dishware and nice linens. Close to area shopping, dining and local entertainment. This is a beautifully furnished townhouse with a pool right out the door and a very clean beach around the block. The beach has small waves perfect for young children, and the water was super clear. We are already planning to return to this property for its excellent location and comfortable furnishings.

We loved the setup of this unit! The rooms were all upstairs and allowed a spot for everyone to go when they wanted some relaxation time. The pool was big enough for everyone to get in and have some sun time. The fishing was also great off the boat dock. The beach was a nice walk away or a quick drive down the street. Overall, we were very impressed and will book again next year!

This property was very clean and well kept. Everything that is advertised, it's that and more. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evening and the quietness of the area. Had a wonderful time, but didn't catch any fish! The pool was great, shade under the deck to fish or you could just hang out. Mornings out on the deck with coffee and family were enjoyable. Very clean and most of all quiet. We rented 3 condo's and it went well.

We loved the location of this condo. The pool was great, and we loved being on the channel. We could walk to the beach or drive in less than 5 minutes. The house was large enough for our family-very clean. We could have used 2 more kitchen chairs though. There were only 4. Appliances worked great.

We had a wonderful stay at Unit C townhome - Pool was so clean and nice, enjoyed the breeze on the huge deck and kids had fun fishing in the evenings! Right around the corner from the drive-on beach ! Townhome was very clean, very roomy, nicely decorated and we all were very comfortable. We really liked this place and look forward to another stay !

This Is The First Time We Go To North Padre Island And We Stayed At Unit D. It Was Also The First Time We Rented A Town-home. The Place Was Beautiful, Very Clean, And The Owners Were Very Nice!!!! We Are Definitely Looking Foward To Going Again Next Year. Everything Was Very Clean And The House Was Perfect For Kids. We Took Two 2-year Olds And A 5 And 7 Year Old. They Loved It And It Was Very Safe For Them. The Pool Is Very Nice! The Canal View In The Back Is Also Very Beautiful. The Kitchen Was Clean And We Didn't Have To Take Anything Except Our Food. We Loved That! We Also Liked That Their Were No Bugs In The House!!! The Bedrooms Were Very Clean And Comfortable. The Restrooms A Well! Overall, I Loved It All! Great Condos

We rented units B and D for my annual gathering of children and grandchildren. Both were very clean and well appointed. One noted feature was how quiet they were; heard nothing from adjoining units. The upstairs alcove was a perfect place to sleep the 5 yr. old, dark, quiet, and cool. Easy walk to beach, but if taking cooler, chairs etc. need to drive. Excellent boat dock and really enjoyed deck and pool. Highly recommend these condos.

This unit is extremely well furnished and in great condition. The pool and deck were right out our door, and the beach was only a couple of blocks away. There is even a cover area to dock your boat. We stayed in unit D, this unit had lots of room for 10 people, great kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great the pool was just a few feet away and the beach was less than mile away and not to crowded. Can't wait to come back!!!

Accommodations were as described or better in all cases. The place was in perfect shape. Everything was clean. Location was right on the canal and within walking distance of the Gulf. Truthfully, the condo was better appointed then our home in some cases. Lynne, the condo owner, was incredibly accommodating, quickly replacing a problematic coffee maker. My only complaints: (A) I didn't reel in a monster Redfish off the deck (B) The pool was cold (C) The days passed too quickly Concerning the first issue, I do have a "one that got away" story that confirms the big ones are out there for the better fisherman among us to land. The cool pool was a product of mild weather experienced over spring break and hardly the fault of the owners (there isn't a hot tub, so you are at Mother Nature's mercy if you plan on spending a lot of time in the water). Lastly, our stay proved that all good things must come to an end. Trust me, time flies when you stay in this condo.

We stayed in unit F to celebrate my daughters birthday and had an extremely pleasant stay. Lynne has thought of everything to make sure her guests are comfortable away from home. Our family had a wonderful time eating breakfast on the spacious deck overlooking the pool and caught nearly 20 fish from the dock in just two days! We can't wait to go back!

Overall, we loved this place. Our actual stay was in Unit D, not Unit F. Pleasantly accommodated within, small but adequate pool, nice deck overlooking canal, great boat dock/fishing pier beneath the deck. Our only problem was a shortage of toilet paper. Only 2 extra rolls left for 3 bathrooms being used by 10 people. Same problem with paper towels. But with Stripes just down the road, the problem was easily remedied. If expecting privacy in the sleeping arrangements, don't really count on it. The rooms are spacious enough, but very close to each other.

This was our second year to stay in these units. Everything from the bathrooms to the pool are kept very clean and in great condition. Master bathroom has a spacious tub and shower. The kitchen is roomy with great counter space for cooking and scocializing. It also has well placed multiple Electrical outlets for phones, laptops, ect, for those who never quite go on vacation completely. We took our own wireless router this year and hooked it up to the broadband. Pleasant 5 to 10 min walk to the beach, never paid attention to the time, but did it every morning to look for sea shells and enjoy the sunrise. Great geataway! We are already planning and looking forward to next year.

We stayed in the unit with our three children and their grandmother in addition to us and there was plenty of room. The furniture was in great condition. The kitchen was updated and spacious. The decor was not "beach gaudy" but was normal. Access to the beach is about 2 blocks away. There is a large public parking lot with ramp access onto the beach. At the access are restrooms and showers. The unit is easy to get to from Corpus. The pool at the end of the unit is nice with a huge deck overlooking Packery Channel. Overall, an excellent property that we would be happy to rent again.

The house was easily as nice as advertised. Plenty of room for 5+, comfortable beds, very clean. A little more "rural" than expected, which kept things quiet and traffic low. No problems getting to the fun stuff we wanted to see. We WILL rent this place again if we can.

Fun for everyone

I must say that I was highly impressed from the first minute. Upon opening the door and seeing the decor and lay out I was hooked as was my wife. I must say though that it was our unit that made it such an awesome stay due to us being directly next to the pool and patio. It was "exactly" what we hoped for. We definitely stay there again, but next time take our jet skies. I will only say that it seemed a bit warm downstairs..we had the A/C set down all the way to 72 and upstairs was very cool....but downstairs never seemed to cooldown..luckily it was nice outside and we just opened the windows. Sunset Harbor was all I anticpiated-stayed in the pool all the time-didn't bother with the crowds at the beach! The A/C was wonderful with outside temps at 95 degrees F everyday. Will definitely stay again.

This place was more than what we expected. clean,well keep and nicely decorated. Beds were firm and everything you need is in the kitchen. I would recommend this place.

We loved the stay. The townhome is clean, and well stocked with cooking supplies for those who don't want to eat out all the time. We only went out twiced because the kids didn't want to leave the pool. The beach is only a couple blocks away which makes it easy to go and come as you please. We will use this place again in the near future. Also, Lynne did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. Ginger

Exceptional Stay

We had an exceptional time at this particular town home. It was actually better than anticipated. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the beach nearby. We all had a great time walking on the beach in the evening under a full moon. Thank you, Lynne, for all the great advice and generosity. My daughter and I looked around at other potential sites for future stays in the area, and we feel strongly that this was the best. We look forward to visiting you again in future years.

short getaway

We had an impromptu get away for few days and had a great experience. We usually would stay at Gulfstream but no rooms were available so I tried this condo (normally we like to stay on the beach) and was very pleased, especially with the little pier. Having to drive to the beach was a little inconvenience but the privace and roominess of our townhome made up for it. We definitely plan on doing this again next year and hopefully can stay longer.

The townhome was great. We had plenty of room for our family and guests and LOVED having the pool right outside the door. The beach was very close and we had some REALLY great times with our family. Our young ones - 3 and under never ran out of things to do. The only issues were that downtown Corpus was a little further than anticipated and we had a little problem with ants. But, we will definitely consider this great vacation home when we come into the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and the furnishings and amenities were more than we ever expected. It was so nice and peaceful. We really loved the deck and the swimming pool. We rented the condo with another family and it was a great choice! Plenty of room, nicely furnished with the pool right outside our unit. Many kitchen essentials were already there including condiments, along with the kitchenware. Layout of unit is good because we couldn't really hear the people downstairs while some were still asleep upstairs. Good location, not far from the beach. There is a public beach parking area if you want to take your car the 1/4 - 1/2 mile or so to the beach, or you could easily walk. Convenience store, CVS nearby. Lynne was very helpful during our rental process and our deposit was returned very quickly after our stay. We had a great time and the kids are already planning their next trip back!

Awesome Vacation

We had 12 people in our group including 2 kids and rented 2 of the condos. It was perfect for our group. We were able to lounge on the deck by the pool, walk the short distance to the beach or fish off the boat dock in the back. It was really a great location. The condos themselves were wonderful. All the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. I felt like I was visiting someone's home and not just renting a beach cabin. The kitchen included all the major appliances so cooking there was a breeze and there were plenty of spices, oil etc provided so we didn't have to waste money buying these. If you are looking for a place to vacation that is ideal for adults or kids with a variety of water activities, this is the place. I highly recommend it. In fact we are planning to come back again in the years to come. It is one of the best extended family vacations I've had. Thank you Lynne for everything!

We totally enjoyed the vacation home. It was just perfectly located close by the beach and not so close that you can hear all the noises and trafic. We loved the private deck out back.It was perfect for fishing and crabing. we also loved the fact that it included washer and dryer so that we can wash our laundry, and we didn't have to pack so much clothes during our trip ,especially nowaday when airlines are charging extra for checking in suitcase.

The townhome was very clean and user friendly. It was in a nice part of the island. The pool and deck were awesome. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes and pans to cook meals. Gas grill too. Lynne was very accomodating, offering assistance with any entertainment needs.

We rented this condo for a graduation weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Spacious and great for having guests over. Beautiful view and very comfortable living arrangements! The only thing that was at all a problem was that hot water runs out a bit fast but otherwise it was a perfect place for the weekend! We will definitely use this place again!
