NORTH PADRE ISLAND BEAUTY! (#30000)

Write a review I must say that I was highly impressed from the first minute. Upon opening the door and seeing the decor and lay out I was hooked as was my wife. I must say though that it was our unit that made it such an awesome stay due to us being directly next to the pool and patio. It was "exactly" what we hoped for. We definitely stay there again, but next time take our jet skies. I will only say that it seemed a bit warm downstairs..we had the A/C set down all the way to 72 and upstairs was very cool....but downstairs never seemed to cooldown..luckily it was nice outside and we just opened the windows. I would still rate this place and stay *****. Sunset Harbor was all I anticpiated-stayed in the pool all the time-didn't bother with the crowds at the beach! The A/C was wonderful with outside temps at 95 degrees F everyday. Will definitely stay again. This place was more than what we expected. clean,well keep and nicely decorated. Beds were firm and everything you need is in the kitchen. I would recommend this place. We loved the stay. The townhome is clean, and well stocked with cooking supplies for those who don't want to eat out all the time. We only went out twiced because the kids didn't want to leave the pool. The beach is only a couple blocks away which makes it easy to go and come as you please. We will use this place again in the near future. Also, Lynne did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. Ginger We had an exceptional time at this particular town home. It was actually better than anticipated. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the beach nearby. We all had a great time walking on the beach in the evening under a full moon. Thank you, Lynne, for all the great advice and generosity. My daughter and I looked around at other potential sites for future stays in the area, and we feel strongly that this was the best. We look forward to visiting you again in future years. We had an impromptu get away for few days and had a great experience. We usually would stay at Gulfstream but no rooms were available so I tried this condo (normally we like to stay on the beach) and was very pleased, especially with the little pier. Having to drive to the beach was a little inconvenience but the privace and roominess of our townhome made up for it. We definitely plan on doing this again next year and hopefully can stay longer. The townhome was great. We had plenty of room for our family and guests and LOVED having the pool right outside the door. The beach was very close and we had some REALLY great times with our family. Our young ones - 3 and under never ran out of things to do. The only issues were that downtown Corpus was a little further than anticipated and we had a little problem with ants. But, we will definitely consider this great vacation home when we come into the area again. Lynne, once again we had a awesome time and a relaxing long weekend. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing at the pool, loved seeing the sunset by the water. We were very comfortable in the townhome and had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful and the furnishings and amenities were more than we ever expected. It was so nice and peaceful. We really loved the deck and the swimming pool. We will be looking forward to retuning for a visit and will recommend this to our family and friends. Lynne you were such a pleasure to work with. We rented the condo with another family and it was a great choice! Plenty of room, nicely furnished with the pool right outside our unit. Many kitchen essentials were already there including condiments, along with the kitchenware. Layout of unit is good because we couldn't really hear the people downstairs while some were still asleep upstairs. Good location, not far from the beach. There is a public beach parking area if you want to take your car the 1/4 - 1/2 mile or so to the beach, or you could easily walk. Convenience store, CVS nearby. Lynne was very helpful during our rental process and our deposit was returned very quickly after our stay. We had a great time and the kids are already planning their next trip back! We had 12 people in our group including 2 kids and rented 2 of the condos. It was perfect for our group. We were able to lounge on the deck by the pool, walk the short distance to the beach or fish off the boat dock in the back. It was really a great location. The condos themselves were wonderful. All the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. I felt like I was visiting someone's home and not just renting a beach cabin. The kitchen included all the major appliances so cooking there was a breeze and there were plenty of spices, oil etc provided so we didn't have to waste money buying these. If you are looking for a place to vacation that is ideal for adults or kids with a variety of water activities, this is the place. I highly recommend it. In fact we are planning to come back again in the years to come. It is one of the best extended family vacations I've had. Thank you Lynne for everything! We totally enjoyed the vacation home. It was just perfectly located close by the beach and not so close that you can hear all the noises and trafic. We loved the private deck out back.It was perfect for fishing and crabing. we also loved the fact that it included washer and dryer so that we can wash our laundry, and we didn't have to pack so much clothes during our trip ,especially nowaday when airlines are charging extra for checking in suitcase. Lynn has outdone herself with these beautiful condos. Even at the height of spring break; we had a quiet, fun, and restful stay at this wonderful oasis nestled in North Padre Island! Thank you! Our girls had a blast; just like last time. The townhome was very clean and user friendly. It was in a nice part of the island. The pool and deck were awesome. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes and pans to cook meals. Gas grill too. Lynne was very accomodating, offering assistance with any entertainment needs. Lynne, My entire family really enjoyed the comfort, location, and all the amenities provided. We needed a place to "kick back & relax", and this place delivered. We will be returning in the Fall & next Summer. Thank you very much! It was a really beautiful place and we had a great time. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and deck, it was s relaxing getaway and we would love to come back again We rented this condo for a graduation weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Spacious and great for having guests over. Beautiful view and very comfortable living arrangements! The only thing that was at all a problem was that hot water runs out a bit fast but otherwise it was a perfect place for the weekend! We will definitely use this place again!
