Beach Fun at Sunset Harbor Unit B

08-16-2012 Better than we could even imagine!!!
Had such a great time, and knew it would be as soon as we arrived. Lynne and Doug greeted us upon arrival, they were more than accommodating. They had some great suggestions for restaurants that we tried and enjoyed (best fish we have ever eaten). The Condo was beautifully decorated yet livable for all of us. The beds are soco mfortable and very clean. The condo has everything anyone would even need while on vacation except the food and that is just a short drive to 2 big grocery stores to stock the fridge and pantry. There is even a grill to use for a quick meal. I really enjoyed having the washer/dryer in the rental, no dirty clothes to ride back with. There is a nice pool on property as well as fishing off a dock at the end of the building. We loved the location, being close to many attractions, to include the National Seashore as well as a short drive to Port A. I have to mention we did splurge, taking they boat ride offered by Lynne and Doug. We had such a fun time; the kids loved this and haven’t stopped talking about how cool it was. You get to see some very cool birds while on the boat ride and learn about the different species while doing it. Hanging out with them s was a great way to see the sunset over the Bay. We will book this Condo again soon. Our only regret is having to leave such a beautiful place so soon to come back to reality. Thanks Lynne and Doug for making such a great time for our family.

08-12-2011 Vacation/Wedding
Well it's been 7 months since our stay (08/12/2011-08/17/2011) and were still talking about the great time. We can't wait to get back. We will definitely stay at the same place. We rented B&D for us and our family. Although it was a great weekend for us due to us getting married, it was a great vacation. We have four kids and they loved every minute. The only time in four years there was no fighting!!!!! The house was emaculant and huge for our family. Lynn was so helpful and great to deal with. She helped making things happen on sour of the moment. Thank you so much Lynn. I'm a five star amenity type person and this exceeded my expectations. The beach is very close and the pool was very relaxing. Can't wait till August:)

Beach to Bay, May 21, 2009 By Benny LeBon (Norfolk, virginia) We totally enjoyed the vacation home. It was just perfectly located close by the beach and not so close that you can hear all the noises and trafic. We loved the private deck out back.It was perfect for fishing and crabing. we also loved the fact that it included washer and dryer so that we can wash our laundry, and we didn't have to pack so much clothes during our trip ,especially nowaday when airlines are charging extra for checking in suitcase.

Awesome Vacation, May 21, 2009 By Jamie Luster (Frisco, TX) We had 12 people in our group including 2 kids and rented 2 of the condos. It was perfect for our group. We were able to lounge on the deck by the pool, walk the short distance to the beach or fish off the boat dock in the back. It was really a great location. The condos themselves were wonderful. All the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. I felt like I was visiting someone's home and not just renting a beach cabin. The kitchen included all the major appliances so cooking there was a breeze and there were plenty of spices, oil etc provided so we didn't have to waste money buying these. If you are looking for a place to vacation that is ideal for adults or kids with a variety of water activities, this is the place. I highly recommend it. In fact we are planning to come back again in the years to come. It is one of the best extended family vacations I've had. Thank you Lynne for everything!

Great Time, June 12, 2010 By Toni (Kingsville, TX) Condo was extremely nice! Lynne was super sweet and communication with her was great. Quiet location and excellent for a family or friends! Rooms were very roomy and kitchen/dining area was very spacious as well!

Nice place, April 11, 2010 By Todd Cummings (Mansfield, TX) Stayed for three days. Had a wonderful time. Met the owners when we arrived. Super nice people. Internet service wasn't working when we arrived lynn took care of it right away. We will be back

My family recently stayed at the town homes. When we took a step in we knew our stay would be wonderful! The place was very clean and spacious! The modern furniture and appliance made our stay all the better! We will gladly return for another vacation. The beach was also in very close distance but still private. Great experience!

I would like to say that we had a very pleasant stay at Corpus Christi and at Sunset Harbor. Very nice home!! Close to the beach and there is a pool on site. The area is very quiet but close enough to attractions that you are not bored. The owner has very helpful with information about the local area. I would definitely stay there again and suggest that anyone going to Corpus look into staying in one of these fabulous homes.
