Come enjoy our spacious 1600sft Townhome on the water! In only a few minutes you can walk to the beach, or access to the Gulf of Mexico/Laguna Madrae by boat. Very comfortable living area with large flat screen TV. Large kitchen with custom counter tops, and all the equipment needed to make great meals and memories of your stay. Generous sized bedrooms, with clean comfortable furnishings. Master bath with double sinks, walk in shower, and garden tub. Enjoy the pool, and large deck to relax and swim, or fish from the dock under the lights at night. Nice private back patio area with gas grill to cook your fresh catch. This is set up for a perfect family fun stay, or couples getaway Paradise. At this site you can enjoy a peaceful water view of the sunset, yet still have all the conveniences of Corpus Christi.

North Padre Island with the convenience of local restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Excellent inshore /offshore fishing, golfing, surfing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, boating, and bird watching.
