We look after our guests every need, from a leisurely breakfast overlooking olive groves, helping arrange your day trips to the fabulous sites of Tuscany and Umbria - and when just a lazy day is planned, our heated pool with its gorgeous views of the Valle di Chio will get you ready for the various restaurants of Cortona, Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino. You may even be staying here when we offer our guests dinner (twice a week), a very relaxed 5 course freshly prepared menu and some very interesting Tuscan wines.

Area Description

The area: The main town is Castiglion Fiorentino, a medieval town with Etruscan heritage. From here you can visit Cortona and Arezzo which are about 15 minutes away or, within an hours drive you are able to visit many Tuscan and Umbrian towns such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, the Chianti region, Montepulciano - to name but a few. There is a train station at Castiglion with trains to Rome and Florence - although faster express trains are available from Arezzo.
