in the beautiful countriside of the famous Cortona country, the aprtment il Bozzino, the ground floor of a 16th centruy farmhouse, is the perfect place for those who like to discover the real tuscany.The apartment is located in a quiet location in the vicinity of a country village with a large private garden on the outside and a lovely shared swimming poll used from 3 unit in total. the house has been restored respecting the original stile using original furnitures, preserving the warm feeling of this ancient kind of accommodation.
The entire building is split in two equivalknt apartment but attentionwas taken to warantee plenty of privacy for each one, thats wy il Bozzino has sucha alrge private garden and entrance and parking. The house can betaken from larger groups if both apartment are rented togeter so you can obtain a 12 people capacity.

Cortona is a wonderful medieval town, placed in the center of Itali. It's ancient stone flaged street ave been preserved as orignal and it is famous thanks to the book under the tuscan sun.
There are 2 interesting museums, and from spring to fall there are many cultural musical and folkloristic.
Art exibiton, concerts, streat fares, enrich the entrataining calendar of this beautiful place.
Cortona is very central, end you can reach many of the most interesting location in tuscany and Ubria in just 30 minutes, like:
Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Trasimeno lake, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, MOntalcino, Arezzo, S. Sepolcro,
also Florence and Rome at a distance that allow a daily trips, They are also connected form a convenient Railroad, teh train station is jus 5 minutes far.
