Beautiful Costalegre Beach House Casablanca

“Casablanca” is located in Playa Perula which is a native fishing village on the north side of beautiful Chamela Bay just about 85 miles south of Puerto Vallarta. It is directly on the beach & the ocean is literally a few steps from your door!

This spacious vacation home has an area of 4000 sq. ft. The first and second floors can handle about 15-16 guests comfortably in spacious rooms and hallways. A spiral staircase will take you to a 500 sq. ft. sunroof (that has an outdoor shower) that also serves as a party area with a magnificent 359 degree view (see pictures for reference).

Casablanca has 5 bedrooms. Two are on the first floor and share a large bathroom with custom tiles. Besides being fully furnished, one of the bedrooms has a brand new queen size bed, and the other a double and a twin bed. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (one which is the master bedroom) and two bathrooms. Two of these 3 bedrooms have glass-sliding doors which lead you to a walk-out balcony connected by 30 ft. windows that have a beautiful direct ocean view. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, an extended porch and balcony, a large walk-in closet area, and a large bathroom that has a walk in shower as well as large bath. This bathroom connects to one of the rooms on the opposite side of the house. The second bathroom is directly across the hall of the third bedroom. The second floor also includes a spacious hallway that serves as recreation room, adjacent to a very large all purpose room. There is also a comfortable reading nook on the second floor that has a beautiful and direct view of the ocean.

On the first floor there is a fully equipped large kitchen with an island, two serving bars, and liquor cabinet. There is a dining room and a very large living room adjacent to it (great for entertainment).

Casablanca has a swimming pool and indigenous landscaping including fruit trees. It is surrounded by a cement wall on a 27 by 48 meter lot, and the ocean is just about 25 yards away.
