Conveniently located on East End, adjacent to STYC
Private,lots of parking. Smoking outside only.
Children over 12 only please

Also, there is a small one room studio w/ seperate bathroom
on the lower level available for rent @$145 nite.
Studio has AC, TV, small fridge and microwave, desk,futon. There is a large deck w/good view, barbeque for grilling, and outside shower. Walking path to Yacht Club road. When booking, mention "The Studio" There is a 3 night minimum booking.

Absolutely fabulous! The islands are amazing, the house is great. It's new, has everything you need, including a beautiful view and it's located directly above the St. Thomas Yacht Club. So, if you want to pop down for drink, walk the beach or rent a boat, you only have to walk down the driveway!
