Travelling alone? Studio 1055 is priced especially for you! Situated at the end of a long private drive and on 300 yards of its own shoreline, the Cozumel Caribe was one of the original hotels of the island. A few years ago it stopped operating as a hotel and has just been reopened as a purely residential building - much like a condominium. The only building that is currently open is the Tower. On the lower levels there are some long term residents and there are currently several units being rented on the 10th floor. On the property (about 150 yards north of the building) is a natural sandy beach with easy access to the sea. Just south of the building there is entry to the sea via a ladder. There are lots of colorful fish to see here.
