Description of the Cozumel vacation condo rental

This beautiful, new, three bedroom, two bath, beachfront condominium is next to Chankanaab National Park and has the best beach snorkeling on the Island. Enjoy amazing sunsets and watch the cruise ships sail by in the crystal blue Caribbean from your two private terraces. Newly built in May 2006, this is a second floor condo in a complex of 7 units (very private with no high-rises) with a great view. Enjoy the rooftop party area for an even more spectacular view.

We will assist you in arranging activities for your stay including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips with boat pickup at your condominium. In addition, we can also arrange for a private cook for an additional cost.

The south side the island is much preferred due to the close proximity of the coral reefs and popular beach clubs. Located just south of town, you are only a ten-minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and activities of San Miguel.

Next to Uva's Beach Club and 1/2 mile from Chankanaab.

This condo is everything promised and more. Everything about it was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. I can't say enough about how perfect it was. The pictures and description are accurate. Stay here - you won't be sorry! The only downside, and it was slight, was the distance to town. Taxis were $8-10 to town, which adds up. A rental car might be a good idea. There are a few eating places in walking distance so we didn't go to town every day. The condo, pool and beach were great so we never wanted to leave! Even though the beach was sandy, it was rocky once you got to the water, but this is how the beaches are on this side of the island and this one was better than most. The property manager was also very responsive. Basically from start to finish, I couldn't be happier. Feel free to contact me for more info.
