Casa Bella sits on one of the most pristine beaches in the Caribbean. This adorable luxury condo is located on beautiful San Francisco Beach. White sandy beaches go on for miles. This newly constructed first floor, one bedroom condominium sleeps four. The livingroom, dining room and kitchen share a view of the pool, gardens and ocean. The livingroom presents with a beautiful hand painted coral reef by local artist.

Cozumel is a unique and beautiful island. It is noted for it 's wonderful people, beautiful culture, delicious food and most of all, it is a safe island. You can walk through town at night and feel very comfortable. This island will capture you! Enjoy your stay!!

The island is 27 miles long and 10 across and is very easy to get around. One road goes all the way around it all! You must take a trip to the other side of the island. Visit the Mayan Ruins, the tequila factory, stop at Coconuts for lunch, the lighthouse, walk on Playa Bonita Beach, shop with the road side vendors and more!
All water sports are available within walking distance of this villa
We have arrangements with a dive master who will send his boat to pick up your passengers for diving snorkeling or fishing on the dock in front of the property
Two condo association pools. One located in front on our private beach and one on the side of the villa ground level. The entire grounds of Residencias Reef Association are for guest use
Facing the ocean next door to the left 2-3 minute walk is Casa Bella is located next to Paradise and San Francisco Beaches. These public beaches have restaurants, bars, shopping, and water sport equipment for rent, parasailing, jet skis, massages and much more. You can walk for miles on the beach!

Within a half mile is Mr. Sanchez beach where you can horseback ride and stop for a great lunch or early dinner.
Also within a short walk is Playa Mia Beach where you can find all different water sports and activities for children and adults as well.

The Wyndam is located to the right of our location which has a day spa. A pass can be purchased to use their facilities daily such as water sport equipment, spa, tennis, health club, food buffet and more.

We are 3 miles south of Chankanaub National Park where you can snorkel, swim, swim with the dolphins and more.
