Condominios Marazul are located on the quiet north side of the island, but only minutes from the town square, ferry pier, restaurants and shops, giving you the best of both worlds right at your fingertips. The spacious grounds and double pool area allow you to enjoy the the spectacular view of the caribbean Cozumel has to offer, you can relax pool side or in the shallow pool area while feeling the gentle caribbean breezes. Entry into the ocean is made easy with the steps and ladder, where you will find some of the finest snorkeling the island has to offer, right outside your back door!
From the moment you enter the condo, you will notice the detail and care spent in the selection of each piece of furniture and decorating item, using the local artists and merchants whenever possible, to give you the best of Cozumel on all levels. The best of the modern conveniences found in the kitchen will impress even the most discerning of gourmet cooks, offering you convenience and funcionalality.
The comfortable circulur couch allows you to view your favorite program or movie, as well as the beautiful caribbean and passing boats. On a good day,you will be seeing schools of dolphins swimming by right after sunrise and in the other direction before sunset. The covered patio area is perfect for those famous Cozumel sunsets!
The masterbedroom and bath invite you to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle Cozumel is famous for. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, and large closet area.You literally have a wall of windows looking over the vast caribbean ocean, allowing you to see the different shade of the turquoise waters.
You will recognize the settings for the local artwork in the bay at Palancar Reef, the town square church, and local dancers in traditional dress dating back centuries of tradition still practised today.

The northern coastal highway is 1.5 miles from town, close enough to walk, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the caribbean oceanfront.
Cozumel's Marazul Condominium building is a small building, with large double pool, jacuzzi, sundeck and some the best snorkeling on the island.
